I decided to try after 3 days of miralax which literally made me so bloated I looked 5 months pregnant. So I chose this. Bloat started to subside so I decided to try this. Surprised I could drink it. I have an awful gage reflex. But, drank it fast because it was very tolerable. Its like sprite with a lot of sugar in its taste and simple consistency. It took over 6 hours for me but it works. I agree don't plan any outings. I would say for a day or so depending on your health, hydration and body. For me things seem to last longer so I rested and hydrated for couple days just wanted to be safe for me. But I will do it again.

Life saver! Sometimes I wouldn't be able to have a movement for 4-5 days, I don't really eat much, and your body only gets rid of what it doesn't use but, I was uncomfortable and I could tell by my physical wellbeing that I wasn't 100% I drink 1/2 a bottle before bed, and it clears me out before the next day, mid-day. What can I say? It does what it is supposed to do- very effective. I really didn't taste any "lemon flavor", it's just very, very tart.
