Great heatable neck wrap.
This is the perfect size for my neck. I like that it heats up in the microwave oven rather than having to plug it in. That is more convenient for me. I really like this heatable neck wrap.

Says put in freezer for 60 minutes on one insert, the other insert says 2 hours ??? UPDATE
Instructions for cold therapy on one paper insert say 60 minutes in freezer and on other insert says 2 hours. This is really stupid and in my case having strained my neck 2 nights ago I wanted to use it as soon as possible but will have to be trial and error. UPDATE 3/20/25 I left it in the fridge freezer 2 hrs to be sure and it did the job. If in our much colder chest freezer probably 1 hr would work.I am now using it for heat therapy using our 1100 Watt microwave, from room temp of 65 heating 1.5 minutes on each side .. after a bit of trial an error. No burn problems removing momentarily to check and using it for about 35 minuets total, which I may increase (probably giving heat a boost in the micro at about 20 minutes. Moving up to 5 stars

Efficient relief
This heating pad works really well and has become a regular part of my routine for relieving shoulder tension and easing headaches. It heats up quickly in the microwave, retains warmth for a good amount of time, and contours nicely around the neck and shoulders for targeted comfort.That said, even after dozens of uses, it still has a noticeable smell, not overpowering or unpleasant, but definitely still there. Perfect
Super comfy and soothing heating pad! Heats up quickly in the microwave and fits perfectly around my neck and shoulders. Really helps with pain and tension after a long day. I use it all the time

Not good
I heat it up in the microwave according to instructions but it was just not warm enough and the little heat didn’t last. I tried to microwave a bit more and still it didn’t get warmer. Overall, this is a warming pad but not a heat pad!

It works perfectly for the neck
I bought it for neck pain warming it on the microwave and it works perfectly fine, it keeps the heat long enough.As an information I used it with a light towel so I keep it clean.
