GuruNanda Navel Oiling Ayurvedic Belly Button Oil, 2 fl oz

I was reading a post and was very interested because I believe in Essential Oils. I love this Navel Oil. First night I used it, I slept so late my husband was afraid something was wrong with me. About the best night sleep I have ever had in a long time. I am so very happy I purchased this and it does what it is suppose to do.

I’ve been using castor oil in my belly button for a while, and have been reaping the benefits, so when I saw this I thought “hell yeah let me put some Ayurvedic goodness in there too!” I like this stuff a lot. I know I’m putting pure ingredients into my body while soothing the nerves in my body while I sleep. Your belly button used to be where you got all your nutrients, why not still benefit from that huge nerve center!! I always sleep better/more deeply when I use this, and tend to have more vivid dreams. I also notice my digestion being much more smooth/regular & a big improvement with bloating. Great product all around & would recommend navel oiling to anyone

I felt this product did very good I don’t use it daily but maybe twice a month. It did not affect my digestion or anything like that but I felt it cleaned my navel

The oil doesn’t have a strong enough scent to indicate there are enough essential oils present to have any effective impact. I have worked with essential oils for years and wanted to try this unfamiliar blend . Believe me when I say the lack of a strong scent indicates a weakness in the products formulation.

Other than having a greasy belly button, I can't say I felt any benefit from using this product. It smelled good.

Been using it for only 3 nights in a row and it works well :) I love it so far….. My bloating went down A LOT in the morning. It doesn’t make me want to go to the BR urgently or all the time. I feel cleared after going unlike before. It does calm me down and give me a goodnight sleep. I still feel tired after waking up so it’s best to clean the oil out when you wake up. I feel like i can’t live without this now lol
