Well packaged, easy to swallow & if the case dissolves before you swallow it doesn't taste bad.

As a vegan who really struggled to find a non-fish omega 3 supplement during pregnancy, this was such a relief to find. I used these daily throughout pregnancy and continue to use them 6 months later while breastfeeding. They are easy to swallow and flavourless which was wonderful when everything made me feel sick. I just hope these will always be available as I swear by them and my vegetarian husband uses them too. There are so few vegan options out there!

I've recently purchased a second bottle of this supplement. I find it has no taste or aftertaste. Easy to swallow and reasonable price. I did however notice there was no mention of EPA on the bottle and so emailed the company directly to be told the product doesn't contain EPA at all and was given a few links to articles explaining why DHA is "the real powerhouse" as they called it. Since then I've read countless articles and many say that both types of omega three are necessary, other articles say that the importance of either one depends on the reason you want to add a supplement to your diet (anti inflammatory -better go for one that contains EPA or if brain health is the main reason, DHA is more essential, for example) if you're only looking for a high dose DHA Omega 3 supplement then this is great. If you're after a supplement that contains both, then this isn't it.

It's hard to judge how good a supplement is, because for the large part, you don't feel any immediate benefit -- however, in this case, my friend had a DNA test suggesting an omega 3 deficiency was one of the causes of her acne, and that she should spend some time supplementing a much higher dose than normal. As a vegan she didn't want to take fish oils, and with a limited income, a large dose of omega 3 would work out expensive - especially when bought in physical store. We knew that ordinary flax based oils would be ineffective, and as such Vegan Vitality's Omega 3 seemed the best value of all. Of course, this is still an expensive product, but it is more manageable - plus I have a Prime account so take advantage of the free postage on her behalf. Since starting she has had no new outbreaks of acne and the redness has starting to fade -- and this was within a very short amount of time! Bear in mind that she's taking double the recommended dose for a very specific reason, so I would suggest professional guidance before commencing any supplement regime. It will clearly take a little time to know the overall long term benefits, but her skin is clearing up and she's feeling very grateful for having discovered Vegan Vitality.

Easy to digest vitamin. Hard to tell if it makes a difference but it’s a decent price and delivery on subscription works well.

Mi sembra un buon prodotto, non ha retrogusto ed e' facile da deglutire. Il rapporto qualità prezzo un po' sbilanciato a favore del prezzo. Io affiancherei la vitamina B12 o un complesso B che però e' idrosolubile.

Nach 1 Tag geliefert Sehr gute Preis-Leistung! Bei 60 Kapseln kommt man auf 9000 mg EPA (150/Kapsel) & 18000 mg DHA (300/Kapsel) sowie 6000 mg DPA (100/Kapsel). In der Summe 33000 mg pflanzliches Omega3 für 18,99,- Ich habe bislang kein besseres Preis-Mengen-Verhältnis finden können! Bei 1-2 Kapseln pro Tag kommt man 1-2 Monate aus (Ich selbst nehme 2/Tag, d.h. komme 1 Monat aus) Die Kapseln lassen sich zwar leicht als Ganzens schlucken, mit etwas Wasser, ich öffne sie trotzdem lieber. Einfach die Spitze mit der Schere abschneiden und das Öl dann ins Frühstuck/Abendessen zugeben -> ist relativ geruchs-und geschmacksneutral, ich schmecke im Müsli z.B. absolut nichts durch! Wer vegan unterwegs ist, für den kann ich das Algenöl absolut empfehlen! Da auch Fische den Omega3-Anteil über gefressene Algen erlangen, warum dann nicht gleich die Primärquelle nutzen, zumal Fischöl geschmacklich und bzgl. des Geruchs alles andere als neutral ist Ich bin sehr zufrieden und werde sowohl aus preislicher, aber auch aus qualitativer Sicht bei diesem Algenöl bleiben!
