I don’t typically write product reviews for whatever reason, but I feel so strongly about this band I purchased as a replacement for my Ultra 1’s original from late 2022 since it had deteriorated to the point where my watch was constantly coming off.I was rolling the dice because I didn’t want to shell out for an Apple replacement, but on my former Series 4, I went through a number of 3rd-party options and hated them so much that in the end I just forked the money over to Apple for another sport loop.This looked promising and I wanted to give it a try. I know Spigen’s cases are quality, so I knew they had the chops to make a solid band if they tried. Boy did this not disappoint. It appears to be made from the same woven medium as my OG Apple band, but they tried something new with the closure instead of it feeding through a channel like the Apple one did. Whatever weirdness they did, it feels like it closes more snug-ly and I like that. I’m also a huge fan of the color.We’ll see how the thing ages, but honestly even if I get 18-24 months out of it I’ll be thrilled.

Very comfortable strap for the Apple Watch! The material is comfortable and easy to put on and remove.I prefer this over the plastic versions that the watch comes with by default, the fancy and equally expensive titanium straps are too stiff and uncomfortable for me.Overall very happy with this purchase, looks nice on the wrist too, but don’t expect a suitable strap for fancy dinners and what not.

As a long-time fan and truster of Spigen products, I was thrilled when they announced the Athlex Air band, especially knowing it was compatible with the Apple Watch Ultra. Right out of the box, it lives up to the Spigen standard – it feels well-made, looks stylishly rugged without being too bulky, and is genuinely comfortable for all-day wear. It complements the Apple Watch Ultra perfectly.The "sliding technology" for adjustment is an interesting concept and likely works great for many. However, this is where I ran into my only issue. As someone with relatively small wrists, the one-size-fits-all approach doesn't quite cut it for me. Even on the tightest setting possible with the slider, I can't achieve the truly snug fit I prefer, especially for activities.For general daily wear, the fit is acceptable. But when I go running or swimming, the slight looseness causes the watch to wiggle on my wrist. This movement unfortunately leads to the heart rate monitor losing consistent contact, which impacts the reliability of workout tracking.Overall, the Spigen Athlex Air is a fantastic band in terms of design, comfort, and build quality. If you have average to larger wrists, I suspect you'll absolutely love it. But if you have smaller wrists and need a very secure fit for accurate fitness tracking during high-movement activities, be aware that you might encounter the same looseness issue I did. Despite this sizing limitation for me, it's still a quality Spigen product.

I like this band better than the alpine one. That’s mostly because it’s incredible value by comparison, functionally it’s just as good for my purposes, it looks great in blue, and fits well. Another thing I like about it versus the alpine band from apple is that apple’s band has a metal hook on it that scratches up my laptop and other things as I move through my day. This one is all fabric.The only problem is that it’s too large for my small wrists! I must keep it as tight as it goes, and even then when I’m doing punchy cardio or HIIT, it wiggles about a little.If Spigen made a smaller version of this watch band, I would buy about 4 of them.

I’m pleased with this Apple Watch band. I like the navy and gold color combo. You don’t see that color option a lot, and this one brings out the uniqueness that makes the Apple Watch stand out. I have a lot of Spigen accessories, and they usually don’t disappoint, and this is no exception.

I’m absolutely thrilled with this Spigen Athlex Air Watch band! It fits great on my wrist—comfortable and secure without being too tight or too loose. The design looks sharp and adds a stylish touch to my watch, making it perfect for both casual and formal occasions. The band feels very sturdy, and you can tell it’s made from high-quality materials. I’ve tried a few other bands in the past, but they always seemed to scratch my laptop or other surfaces. This one, however, has been smooth and protective, which was a huge relief! It took me a while to find the perfect band that wouldn’t leave marks or scratches on my laptop, and I’m so happy I finally found this one. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and stylish Apple Watch band!

Cool products. I really like the product and what it could be…Sometime velcro comes off. I don’y think it will fall off but i was hoping have a little more safe measure.Update:Using while playing sports, it unloosens very often.

I've purchased a few of these not apple, apple watch bands and they've been OK but I wouldn't recommend them, wouldn't buy them again. One was stretchy with no adjustment and too big. One was stretchy with adjustment but the adjustment was really difficult so you just stretch it over your hand to get on your wrist and then every week or so tighen a little more.This velcro one is easy to get on and off, is comfortable and looks nice. I definitely recommend and will definitely buy again. This appears to be so well made and sturdy that I expect it will last as long as the watch does.
