It's well-built but not bulky, easy to pick up and move, good and sturdy, easy to use, and has a remote for easy access to change speed or time. The belt didn't slip. Great run. Love that it's not as big and bulky as a traditional treadmill! You can see it from the paw prints and even teach our dogs how to use it for exercise during the winter months!

The media could not be loaded. Purchased this product and used it 3 times. It started making a terrible sound that kept getting louder and louder. Could not figure out what was wrong. Sent email to customer service and they are helping me to return it and will send me a replacement. Will see how it goes with the replacement. I loved the ease of the treadmill before it started having problems. The only thing I didn't like was the app as it kept shutting the machine off before I was done.
