Good value
Arrived punctually and well wrapped. Took 3 full boils to clean the finish but well worth it. Used it for our local club and was very easy and surprisingly quick to boil 7.5 litres.

Nice water boiler
First the good part. Product arrived well packaged and on time, no damage to the boiler and it looks great. This water boiler works well, keeps the water warm as described not too hot but not too cold that it can't be used for coffee, it's easy to fill with a simple twist lock on the lid which makes life easier to fill it up and it's easy to operate. So far there are no issues with the tap as others have had described, just be aware and don't handle it roughly. The misleading part of this is: The water boiler does not hold 10L as described, I managed to get between 8L and 9L in their.(Filling up to the max mark) with no space to put more in. The power rating as described is not 950w it's actually 1064w as I have this plugged into smart plug. Once the water is boiled the wattage drops to between 164w and 167w (fluctuating) until you switch it off, so you are constantly using that amount of electricity which is a concern if you're using it in your home as I am. Best advice is to use a smart plug with this boiler and set up several timers to keep the water hot but not constantly use your electricity up. Overal I will keep it and make good use of it. I recommend this is you drink a lot of hot drinks or have a household of several people who like their teas and coffee's. Only 4* because of the inaccurate description of the product but 5* for the actual product itself.

Ok but won’t buy again
Warms up quickly but you can’t hold the tap down to fill larger things, also if you’re filling a bucket for instance, the water sprays everywhere. Won’t buy again
