I have struggled with nasal allergies for decades, along with sinus infections a couple times a year. I heard about this on an ENT's podcast and tried it. My nose has never been this clear, much better than pills. I haven't had a sinus infection for a year and a half since I started using this every day, I only use it once a day and that is enough. It can make food and drinks taste funny immediately after using, but I use it after dinner and avoid that problem.

Which works better than any nasal spray I’ve ever tried and it does NOT give me any kind of pain by my eye or burning in my nasal passage like every other effective product I have ever tried. I found healthy nasal flushes that only moisturize, but don’t prevent congestion. I found very effective decongestant that caused me hideous side effects that are so extreme. I don’t want to use the product at all. This is the first time I’ve ever had something extremely effective. It didn’t cause me pain and agony. THANK YOU!!!! And it’s more cost-effective than the price tag would have you allow it really does last weeks and weeks for $40. I’m thrilled.

Astepro has been an absolute life saver! It's steroid-free, and just an antihistamine that you inhaled...this means that almost instantly, the swelling in your nose & nasal passages is GONE. I'm a nurse & recommend this to everyone I know that has allergies! Because it is so effective, the bottle lasts a long time also.

It works great. I end up just using one spray per nostril before bed. Noticable difference to my allergy symptoms. I like the product, BUT I had it on subscription and it skipped 2 whole months because it "wasn't in stock" even though it said it could be overnighted and there is no replacement for this. I was guaranteed I'd get a replacement by Amazon but it never arrived I had to end the subscription and just bought a smaller spray somewhere nearby. I wish I felt like it could do the "subscribe and save" again but it's no guaranteed even when it's in stock, what's the point?

Easy to use, no burning, quick acting. I have used Astepro daily for allergies with no side effects, and good results. I would definitely recommend it.

This nasal spray has helped me more than 1st Gen antihistamines, 2nd Gen antihistamines, mast cell stabilizers, multiple sinus surgeries, any and every supplement, ripping up all my carpet, local honey, corticosteroids, neti pots, diet restrictions, every inhaler you can imagine, and giving up and buying a whole new house. I used to snore at night. I started using Astepro at bedtime and now I breath clearly all night. It will sting a bit the first few times you use it, but gets less over the first 3 or 4 times. I use two sprays in each nostril, alternating sides for each spray. One spray with the nozzle inserted deep, and one barely inserted. I hold the opposite side closed and inhale while spraying. The only downside is it's a bit pricey, but one bottle lasts almost a month.

Works well. Thought I needed a script but didn’t and so happy achy prescription from the pharmacy was delayed. Makes u sleepy as side effect. Better not to drive
