Good cervical collar
Good material and fit was perfect. It is very sturdy and worked well. Material and thickness is very good. Have not washed it yet. But material seems like it will hold up a wash.

Offers great support and is comfortable to sleep in
Due to multiple herniated disks that have caused spinal cord compression in my neck, I started research into cervical collars. Specifically, due to paresthesia in my arms at night, I needed one I could sleep in. After much reading online, the Aspen Vista came in as a top choice, so in my cart it went. I have to say, it has helped a lot! Since I've started sleeping in the collar, I have not been woken up by my arms going numb. It is easy to adjust and is fairly comfortable. I switched to a contour pillow as that allows me to support my head but not put extra pressure on the collar. My only potential complaint would be the comfort of the padding. It is soft and thin enough not to be warming, but I believe I may make a soft cotton or linen liner for the pad going under the chin, just for the sake of comfort. I also like that they sell replacement padding and have ordered a couple of sets for when the original wears out over time. Overall, if you need a Cervical Collar to sleep in, you have my understanding sympathy and my recommendation of this collar.

For the low price, it provides good support, but also consider the TX and Multipost models as well!
For the low price, this offers a lot of support. However... I have found that after a week of nearly continuous wearing for palliative/compression therapy for a recent cervical radiculitis, my upper front chest area (thorasic) has become sore due to supporting my head weight and the pressure from compression (sitting in a semi reclined position). Doing it over, now that I know that 1) This series of collars fit well and works well, and 2) how much weight I would be supporting on my chest, I would have stepped up one or two notches and picked up either the TX model, which would have provided more support on the chest, or the Multipost model, which would have provided more support all around. In fact, I'm thinking of picking up the Multipost anyway. You maybe thinking that $100+ on a neck support is a lot of money, but considering the above factors, combined with how much pain relief this system provides, that is money WELL spent. I've also been sleeping in this, using a Contour Memory Foam Pillow (Walmart..$20) and I have found it to be both comfortable and supportive... far less pain then without it! If fact, this lower priced Aspen model (or the TX) is probably the ideal version to sleep in, as the additional support area of the Multipost may get in the way. As a final note, I notice that the cotton lined foam is starting to get a bit dirty (okay,,, oily... I'm a guy, we have more oil on our skin than girls, just a fact of life), so buying a replacement set of foam, in a combo pack, at half the price of what the foam alone costs, makes a lot of sense a week later. Sure it adds $15 to your price of entry to a support, but it will get you that replacement at half price... just something to consider (In medical facilities with insurance money paying for them, these foam supports are replaced every few days for hygienic reasons, to insure no skin issues occur...something that we need to consider and handle ourselves)

Very comfortable neck brace
I am very happy with the Aspen Vista Cervical Collar 98400 ! It is very easy to put on and get adjusted just right for me. I use it for neck pain and stress relief. It has helped to reduce that very well. I use it when needed and usually I do that daily for some time each day to relieve the stress. I have not tried to sleep in it yet but I might depending on my stress level - if I do I will update this review if there is anything more to contribute. The pads are comfortable and the adjustment knob does work and is easy to use. Note I adjusted it while not wearing it as that makes the knob easy to turn without any pressure on it. The 2 velcro straps one on each side are very easy to apply and remove plus you can really get the right amount of tension on the back-front parts of the brace. I can say I am very happy with it and will use it regularly.

I should not have to superglue something that is medically necessary and cost this much to get.
this brace is a one size fits all neck advertisement….. I was given this collar by the hospital after I had a surgery ACDF, the first one I received at the hospital broke within days, the second one I got from the hospital two weeks later after my surgery broke within the first week. My doctors office is too far to drive too so I ordered one off Amazon because I have to wear this thing for three months and the third one. The one I bought from the company on Amazon broke and all three broke in the exact same place, so there’s a defect in your neck brace. When I told my doctor about it and his assistant, they said that I’m not the only one who have had this problems they were gonna let their distributor know about it because I take it, you guys have had this problem with a few of their patients but you need this to recover correctly and to give a defective item to someone who just had surgery is kinda dangerous when it breaks this easy.

Great Brace!
My husband broke his neck a few years ago and had a neck brace like this one. Since we moved, we can't find the old one and ordered a new one. He says he sleeps much better with the support it gives his neck.

Perfect. Can't fault it.
I broke my neck 12 months ago and on discharge from hospital the NHS wouldn't supply a brace, so I bought this. It's a but grubby after a year's use but still functions perfectly. I have been in and out of different hospitals for surgery over the year and have been offered a number of different braces but I always choose to use this. It is robust, adjustable and comfortable. It's also easy to put on and can be adjusted while in place. I can't fault it.

WOW
This collar is so comfortable. I had the aspen collar and the vista was all around better fit. There wasn't one area that took the weight of my jaw, it was evenly distributed. Same with the pressure on my chest, evenly displaced. The adjustment clearly is next level. Sometimes I want some movement to be able to talk without the upward pressure on my jaw. Sometimes I want to be immobilized so I extend the dial to again a comfortable position for myself. I would recommend this to all. At least try it.
