I'm biased. I've been having Hamburger Helper since I was a kid and this is one of my favorites. It's quick and easy and I can actually suggest you use coconut milk. I like it!

What's to say about Hamburger Helper? If you're buying it, you already know what it is. You've had it before. You know what you're getting. I don't know why you're even bothering to read this review. Seriously, just buy it. But if you insist upon reading more about it, I'll give you a little more. Why just three stars? Because, as yummy as this stuff is, and as easy as it is to prepare, it's really not that great. I mean, yeah, it tastes great. It's a favorite of mine. But it's loaded with carbs and sodium. It's not good for you. It's a quick fix when you need something better than McDonalds. And yes, it is better for you than anything you'll get at a fast-food place. But just because there are other things out there that are worse, that doesn't make this somehow good for you. It's still a salty load of starch. I probably only buy around three or four of these a year. It's all about convenience. This stuff is convenient. That's really the best thing I can say about it.
