So much better than shakes.
These protein gummies taste surprisingly good and are easy to take compared to traditional protein supplements. The texture is pleasant, and they’re convenient for a quick snack after a workout or during a busy day. Nice option if you want something different than shakes.

Convenient & delicious- Don’t eat more than the serving size because there is a laxative effect. Other than that, great product. It is too expensive to buy regularly.

Expensive but useful.
I use these for 'dessert' on a very low carb high protein diet. Too lazy at this point to make my own - I've tried and they never come out right. The fruit flavor is good, texture is chewy without being too much and after a few I feel like I've had something sweet to eat after what are invariably either meat or protein shake meals. It balances things out without having to worry about carb counts.

Glorified candy. Read carefully. It’s not 12g of protein in a gummy. You must eat 6 gummies. For the ridiculous price of this product you can go to BJ’s and buy 2 or even 3 giant bags of gummy bears. You could roll gummy bears in protein powder and get better results and more flavors.
