Wilton Christmas X-Mas Icing Color

This icing color set is easy to use for cookies and cakes. The red and green are strong enough after mixing, and a small amount already gives good color. The jars are not very big, but enough for home baking in holiday season. The texture is a little thick, so need to stir well. It makes the decoration look nice, but it is not natural color.

Very pigmented dyed my red velvet cake easily. Will stain fingers if touched. No flavor noted. Much much better than liquid food color. Little goes a long way!!!

Lovely color, love the wilton brand! My only problem is that you have to use a toothpick to pick up the product, which makes it harder to portion.

OMG I can't imagine what's wrong with this, but it ruined a batch of buttercream frosting. The taste was horrible! I can't even describe it, but I've used this brand many, many times and never encountered a problem with the taste. I had a very strong, bitter flavor.

The color was perfect for what I had to use for. Extremely messy. Will dye everything it touches including skin for days. The taste was awful.
