How was the shipping cost? Did it arrive on time? What was the condition of the perfume?

I don't remember shipping cost, yes it arrived on time

I use it anytime of the day! I am in love with it, it has a strong smell as well with a sweet smell that's why I say you can use it anytime. Hope this helps!

Is the box still wrapped in plastic like they are at the store?

Yes the box is wrapped in cellophane just like the store. I purchased it and everything down to the cute black bow on the bottle was perfect. Everything was exactly the same as what you would get at your finest department store. 
