Loved it so much we bought another one
Bought one for myself and after a couple of trips decided to get one for my son. We just got back from Italy and they were perfect. Traveled all over for two weeks, changing AirBnBโs and hotels every 3 days with no issues. The zippers were fine, the durability on trains was fine and we didnโt have to worry about checking them or wheels on cobblestones. Highly recommend!

Plenty of space for all your belongings
Bought this for my son before out trip to NY and it had plenty of room for him. He was able to fit all his items with no problem and because its a backpack it was super easy to take as carry on. Great purchase.

Packing Cubes & Shoe Bag Not Received
Did not come with any packing cubes or shoe bag as described. And yes, I checked all pockets 5+ times to make sure they werenโt hidden. However, the bag itself is nice.

I absolutely love this backpack. Has so many pockets, a charging port for your phone or any other devices. Comes with three packing cubes. Multiple handles for carrying and comfortably fits on your back.

Handle came undone after only 2days of travel
The top handle is the most import strap on the entire bag, you grab it every time you pick it up. Therefore its failure is reason for such a poor review. My husband and I both ordered these as our carry on luggage for a trip. His did fine and both over all are good quality but the top handle on mine started coming undone before we ever got to the airport. The packing cubes it came with are good also.
