This is the second water filter of the same make that I have purchased. I have given my old one to my daughter after over 2 years of use. I have read other reviews on this item...... I really don't know why it has so many bad reviews! The product is excellent, I have never had any problems with mine. Easy to charge, easy to use. the water tastes so fresh. If you want a good water filter buy this one - I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Brought this for my new house had brought it a few months in advance to put away, when we went to use it … doesn’t work.Can’t send it back unfortunately

Brilliant! I've used it about three weeks. Coffee and tea taste "cleaner" and a plain glass of water doesn't have an unpleasant taste as from the tap. The details of the design are well thought out, too. The slim form will fit on a refrigerator door shelf if you like and you can dispense water without removing it thanks to the built -in rechargeable battery that operates a small pump. I leave mine on the worktop, though, where I fill my kettle or coffee maker directly. The heart of the system is the easy-to-change filter which Philips devoted attention to. It's made in Hong Kong to high standards of filtration, not cheap Chinese manufacture. I appreciate that detail very much.If you read my other reviews you'll see I don't hesitate to criticise products when it's deserved. This deserves praise.

Put wayer in first then use it as you would normally it comes out brown so this means manufacturing dust or something needs cleaning well before use after that irs magic love it

I don not write reviews. However the issue I have had is simple. I ordered two. They came in good condition but advertisement showed 3x filter per system. On delivery each product had 2x filters. I thought a simple raise for concern would solve this. But Philips was a handful to get ahold of. So i tried Amazon and they wanted me to send both back and then get new ones. Yes a simple option but why shall I now do all this work to not guarantee the replacement products to have the correct amount. So just sucking it up and the customer does'nt win. This information will maybe help someone. Thanks for reading.

The water filter is not charging out of the box , it has been 4 hours on charge and no sign of life, waste of money

Dopo alcuni giorni di utilizzo posso dire di essere davvero soddisfatto. Il punto di forza principale è senza dubbio la capacità da 3 litri: rispetto alle classiche caraffe filtranti bisogna riempirla molto meno spesso, ed è una comodità che si apprezza ogni giorno.Un altro aspetto che ho trovato geniale è il design compatto, che permette di inserirla comodamente nello sportello del frigorifero senza occupare troppo spazio. In questo modo si ha sempre acqua fresca a disposizione.Mi ha sorpreso anche il display elettronico: la batteria, almeno per il momento, sembra avere un’ottima autonomia e non richiede continue ricariche.Per quanto riguarda la filtrazione, l’acqua ha un sapore davvero gradevole, senza retrogusti di cloro, e si percepisce subito la differenza rispetto all’acqua del rubinetto.Pro:* ✅ Capacità da 3 litri, molto più pratica delle classiche caraffe.* ✅ Entra perfettamente nello sportello del frigorifero.* ✅ Batteria con un’ottima autonomia.* ✅ Acqua dal sapore piacevole.* ✅ Design moderno e materiali di buona qualità.Per ora non ho riscontrato difetti particolari. Der Filter kam mit 3 Kapseln an welche ca 1 Monag 300 Flasche ersetzen sollen. Diese sind einfach und problemlos ein zu setzen. Er passt perfekt in die seitentüre des Kühlschranks.Der Spender ist elektronisch betrieben und läuft relativ zügig durch. Die Kälte beeinträchtigt ihn gar nicht. Mit einem einfach tippen auf die Oberfläche schaltet sich die Wasseraushabe ein und wieder aus.Bei ausversehentlichem tippen passiert nichts, da es darauf nicht reagiert, somit ist eine ausschütten verhindert.Anfangs fanden ich den Geschmack befremdlich da ich immer nur plastikfalschen wasser getrunken habe. Mittlerweile liebe ich ihn aber und kann ihn mir nicht mehr weg denkenDa ich auch zeimlich viel wasser trinke spare ich mir ein Haufen Geld.Ich habe ihn jetzt ca einen Monat ungefähr und habe ca 65-100 Euro gespart. (Der Preis ist abhängig von den 6 Packs oder Kisten, gerechnet habe ich mit 2 Flaschen pro tag a 30 tage)

Normalement livré avec 3 cartouches filtrantes, il n'y en avait que 2 dans l'emballage ! Et en plus de ca, la machine ne charge pas dès que je la branche, donc inutilisable !?

Si se nota la diferencia en el agua, fácil de usar y muy práctico, es la segunda vez que la compramos porque la primera la perdimos en una mudanza
