This is a great little sunscreen (especially if you get it on sale). It's fully mineral + tinted which means it has iron oxides that also help protect against indoor (blue) light. For the price, I have no real complaints since it helps me protect and beautify my skin in one step. What this sunscreen is not: sweatproof, transfer proof, or super easy to match via Amazon. Using the color matcher on the BoJ website based on my previous makeup colors worked for me.

Beauty of Joseon is a top end K-Beauty brand sold at retailers that specialize in cosmetics (like Sephora). I'm glad to see they are sold on Amazon as well. This is an authentic product and it works really well with skin protection, applies to skin smoothly, and doesn't leave any type of sunscreen cast the way many other brands do. It is affordable and I'm glad we can get this on Amazon. 5/5. Highly recommended!

Holy purple! Not dark skin friendly at alllll It barely blend and even after a few hours it still looks like this. Do not recommend

It’s a really watery liquid. It doesn’t feel greasy at all! I really like the way it felt :) It’s way darker than my skin color and went on blotchy (but I knew it was too dark going in. I thought it’d be good to try it out to see how greasy it was before I committed to buying one), but after I was done rubbing it in, it had evened out. It didn’t dry out my skin at all. I actually didn’t feel it at all after I rubbed it in. I tried to wash it off with tallow-based soap but it wouldn’t come off. I tried to use a baby wipe to get it off, but it wouldn’t come off, either. It has some major staying power! I’m impressed :) It didn’t give me a rash or any irritation and I have quite sensitive skin. Much like! Will be getting this in my color :)

I made the mistake of thinking this could be mixed with my moisturizer for a bronzed look… but it’s just not the right ingredients for that. It works better going directly on the face, but unfortunately this shade is much much too dark for me. It’s very cool toned as well, so that could be nice for someone who needs that. I did notice when applying to the back of my hand, that the color settled into all of my pores/where the hair comes out, making it look like black specks all over my hand vs. being smooth. It may just be that it’s my wrong shade though. It does have a smell like sunscreen a little bit. Overall it’s not bad and I think I’d like it if it were my correct shade but it is not.

I got this for the spf of 40, but chose the wrong shade for me. With my first use I thought it wasn't too dark and the color was absorbed quickly. On my second use I realized it was because I had not shaken the bottle before first use and it was much darker. It does work well, and I will continue to use it on my arms and legs. It protects me from burns and the color is not that noticeable. This is a great quality product and I would love it in the correct color, as some sun protection products make me too white, and sometimes it doesn't seem to show until a photograph is taken.

This tinted sunscreen SPF 40 (#DN350) from Beauty of Joseon has a great texture. It comes in a pretty bottle with a threaded secure cap that you twist on and off. Most tinted suncreens only come in one tint. But Beauty of Joseon offers a wide range of tints to accommodate a spectrum of skin shades from pale to very dark. Unfortunately, I did not realize this and inadvertently ordered the darkest color in their range of shades. I can attest that if you have a very deep skin tone, this tinted sunscreen from Beauty of Joseon will have a shade for you.

Keep in mind that the sunscreen has a dark tint to it, so you have to make sure you have the right skin complexion.. which I don't. However I can't fault them for it, but I tested it anyway. The product came very nicely packaged with a clear ingredient label. For those of you that use Yuka, it scored a 45/100 so be sure to read the ingredients before purchase if that concerns you. It's also worth noting that the sunscreen is a little greasy, which I don't personally like..it seems like it takes awhile to rub in, and then leaves a greasy layer behind.
