I can't speak to fitment with the s10 cab as I don't have one anymore but I can say the fitment in general with these - and for my use is great. solid quality parts
using these on a 53 chevy LS swap with an s10 frame. the engine mount location is the same used on a standard s10 LS swap - about 3" back from the factory mounts with setback plates.I can't speak to fitment with the s10 cab as I don't have one anymore but I can say the fitment in general with these - and for my use is great. solid quality parts, good looking welds and all at a stupidly good price.these will require rerouting the wiring to the starter as it's too tight to sneak that by the header in the factory location from the back of the tranny.it also looks like they won't work with the factory oil sensor in the oil pan - heat tape *might* work there but it's darn close.

Modification Needed
I installed these on my 94 S10 with a 5.3LS motor in it. Bolted on after picking the motor up about 3 inches off motor mounts. I did have to clearance my motor mount & modify #4 cylinder tube as it hit the steering shaft. I will be ordering heat sleeves as well. The plugs wire will be hitting the pipe too. After looking very close, I had to use a hydraulic portapower unit & push my floorboard back 2inches as well. You get what you pay for is all I can say.

Does not clear passenger side engine block
Does not clear passenger side engine block, collector ring just barley touching engine block, can't use 4l60e transmission cooler lines.Driver side will melt stock plug wires. They do seem to be made well with a good finish tho...expect to modify them a bit.. have not installed engine in truck yet...5.3 going in a 89 c2500

The bolts they send with the headers wont fit.
They send the wrong bolts with it. They do not fit a LS motor. They are to big. You have to buy other bolts or use the original bolts that came off of the motor.

Not a S-10 swap header
Does not fit S-10. Dont even try. Not even close! The flanges have a noticeable warp that may flatten out when bolted up. They may work for a different swap.
