Is this product Beta-carotene or retinol? The label says retinol but from carrots, which provide beta carotine, not retinol.

Hi There, As of June 2020, our Vitamin A uses retinol from retinol acetate. We are using the actual Vitamin A, not Beta Carotene. Beta Carotene is the precursor of Vitamin A. Why did you pick this product vs others?: I chose these because they dissolve. I have trouble swallowing too many meds/supplements. These that dissolve tend to get into your body faster and more is actually absorbed. Great taste, high quality and small. Perfect since I use several of the EZ melts!

Definitely sugar free

I decided to give this a try since I have older eyes and have blurred vision without glasses. I don't know if they help or not, but the taste is hard getting used to. I have chewable vitamin B12 that is sweeter, so I take these with the B12 together for taste.
