Pouch (Single) Relief for Night-Time Foot & Leg Cramp-Simply Place in Bed

I HAVE BEEN USING FOR 5 CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS AND , SO FAR, IT WORKS! I AM NO LONGER AFRAID TO GO TO BED. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW IT WORKS, BUT SO FAR AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS AS I AM VIRTUALLY FREE OF PAINFUL CRAMPS IN MY FEET AND LEGS.

I don't know how it works, I just know it works for me !! I was waking with upper and lower leg and foot cramps at least once every night. Quinine tablets weren't solving it, so I tried this product after finding it on Amazon. For the money it was worth trying - anything was worth trying. And.... it works !! I've put it under the fitted sheet near my ankles and in the past 5-6 weeks I've only had cramps a handful of times but when I rub my foot/leg on the pouch it goes away. I didn't take it away with me last weekend - big mistake !! Cramp every night. But since I'm home..... nothing again. It might not work for everyone but it definitely works for me. If you're a sufferer of night cramps you'll try anything and this is worth trying!!

As other people have said, these pouches work. I have tried all kinds of products etc to stop my terrible night cramps in feet and legs. I have been using the pouches for a year now and somehow they really work. My only negative is that they don’t last 6 months. Mine have lost their effectiveness after 2 months.

I am 86 and still do a tremendous amount of walking- not by choice but no longer drive. Whenever I had spent a day's walking round shops constantly on my feet during the night I experienced intensely painful cramps in my leg muscles and feet. Nothing, not even rubbing with magnesium oil eased pain. I saw this pouch advertised and thought I'd try it and since using it I have only had one very mild episode of cramp. I have no idea how or why it works, but like magic - it does.!!

Used for one night, and no cramp, but time will tell as I didn't get it every night anyway.

I thought this was too good to be true and I was proved right. But when you’re desperate you’ll try anything for excruciating pain from night cramps in the legs and lower foot area. Most reviews seemed to recommend it. That being the case I discarded the negative reviews and went with the positive. My advice is don’t waste your money it was as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike. It has no impact on cramps. It’s a little cloth bag filled with I don’t know what, but in my experience it might aswell be filled with air.. After two weeks of waiting and hoping it would work it turned out to absolutely useless. A complete waste of hope and money.

My mother and husband swear by these little cramp bags. Just place in bottom of bed and no more night cramps. These bags last for 6 months and you know when they are getting old as they start to get the cramps. They call this the miracle bag. Highly recommend

I've been using this for about 5 months now, changed it only once and I can't go anywhere without it. During the day I can feel my leg start cramping but nighttime cures it all. Never had a night cramp since using this, I have recommended this to all my friends and family. Superb product!
