I started taking this Shilajit supplement and noticed a noticeable boost in energy. It's given me more strength and stamina for working out, which I definitely felt in my routines. The capsules are easy to take, and the 150-count bottle lasts quite a while. Good value for the price considering the high dosage (10,000 mg). I'd recommend it if you're looking for something natural that gives you an energy boost for your day-to-day and workouts.

I don't remember what these pills were supposed to do but I remember them being highly recommended by coworkers. I didn't notice any difference in anything except maybe I went through a reverse puberty but that may be becauseI 'm getting old and is been chilly here.

I only gave it 4 stars because I haven't seen lab results from a consumer. However compared to Ocean Organics prices this product works exactly the same. I have gotten so much done with the energy I gain from taking Shilajit and as a single mother of 3 it's a miracle worker

Thought I would give the capsules a try as this seems more convenient for me. I have been using the capsules for about two weeks now and I am being more consistent then I was with he the concentrated gel and water mix. I have noticed some increased energy through out my day and maybe a slight increase in my energy levels at the gym. I have a way to go for the full jar of capsules but early indications seems to be some increase in energy levels. Nothing noticeable on the other reported benefits of use but we will see how that turns out over the upcoming weeks. Was it worth the gamble - yes.
