These muscle milk plastic bottles are tough for an older guy to open. Needed help every time. The product tastes great, though.

I use this drink to get needed protein and fiber when I don’t have time to eat a meal. It tastes good enough. It is challenging to get the plastic seal off the lid with old awkward fingers.
