I'm not sure I really understand you question,but I can tell you this, I use my tray quite often as I usually get my meds in 90 day supplies and since I don't have the space to store the bigger pill bottles I use my tray to refill smaller pill bottles. I never had any pills spill out of the tray. I also use a daily pill box and I just fill it out of my smaller pill bottles by hand ( just a suggestion )
