I absolutely love my GreenPan waffle maker! From the moment I unboxed it, the quality stood out — it feels solid, well-built, and thoughtfully designed. The non-stick coating works exactly as advertised — waffles slide out easily with no sticking and clean-up is a breeze. It heats up quickly and distributes heat evenly, so every waffle comes out golden and perfectly cooked. Whether I’m making thick Belgian waffles or thinner breakfast-style ones, the results are consistently great. The cool-touch handle and indicator lights make it easy to use, even for beginners. I also appreciate the easy maintenance — a quick wipe with a damp cloth and it’s ready for next time. Given the performance and durability, the price feels very reasonable compared to other waffle makers I’ve tried.

The best waffle maker I've ever used. The degree of control for waffle color and crispness is terrific. The two grills detach easily for cleaning and I've never had any waffle batter stick or leave residue.

I bought this for the front desk kitchen at my salon so staff can grab waffles between clients. It heats up fast and the ceramic plates are actually easy to wipe, even when someone overfills the batter. I like that i can switch between lighter and crispier with the dial, and it really doesnt overflow like my old iron did. The downside, it takes up a lot of counter space and the cord storage is awkward, so we keep shoving it around to make room for product displays. For a small shop, that part is annoying, but the waffles keep everyone from skipping breakfast.

We are waffle fanatics in this house and have been through SO many waffle irons looking for a quality one that would last. This is the one! Totally worth the high price. The plates seem like they will last, clean up is easy, and the waffle iron produces crisp, evenly brown waffles that taste amazing.

When this machine works it's excellent and makes amazing waffles. You can tell the heating element works well and heats up evenly. But the operation is confusing. Cycling through waffle kinds (Belgian, Classic etc) is a knob but cycling through texture is a button. It beeps once warm up is done but doesn't give you time to pour the batter, it just waits a moment and starts the timer. If you push the start/stop button at this time, it'll turn off and when you turn it on again, it'll start the preheat cycle again. Preheat seems to be time-based rather than a thermostat that checks when the temp is ready. My unit also seems to have a defect. Sometimes the display won't turn on until the unit is hot (a full preheat cycle). I have to push buttons and go from memory because the screen is off. I contacted customer service in the hopes they would work with me but their reply was "just return to Amazon". I'm going to keep it and avoid the hassle, as I've learned to work around these quirks. At this price point I expected more from it.
