Misleading Rugged Phone – Screen Shattered from Just 1 Meter Fall
I bought this phone for its claimed ruggedness and 2m drop resistance, but to my shock, the screen shattered from just a 1m fall. This is unethical and misleading advertising. The phone clearly doesn’t live up to its promises. Extremely disappointed with the false durability claim—this is unacceptable.
