I use this on my 2013 Triumph Tiger 800 and I couldn't ask for a better tank bag. I like the mesh side pockets for things like my ear plugs, I use the inside mesh pocket for my tag receipt and insurance card and the instructions for my Sena Bluetooth helmet.Inside the main compartment I keep two sets of gloves, baseball cap, charging stuff, my Ray bans, and other various things. I also like the waterproof clear snap on map pouch or phone pouch. Speaking of waterproof I went through a 2 hour rain storm and the inside of the bag stayed dry.Is large enough for all that stuff and more, but it's small enough that I can easily store it in one of my locking side cases or top case.I love it. Another great Chase Harper US made quality product. I needed a smaller bag for my 2023 Royal Enfield Classic 350 so many of the bags I saw were too big or too small even though I liked their shape. I don't need the straps to hold it on, the 3 magnets are strong enough. Well designed and the clear top piece can be removed or flipped if desired. Not concerend with water tightness as I never ride in the rain. Shape is a bit odd but bag is practical, fit my needs and top quality C-H build and materials.

I do wish that I had a gotten something just a bit bigger, but that's my fault not theirs. I also wish that the design used 4 magnets instead of 3. If you have a bike with a rubber/leather/etc strip down the center of the tank, then the y shape of the three magnets is very awkward. I think all their bags would be better off designed with 4 as a standard. That's the only reason for not being 5 stars.

I disliked it because it was way too small and on Amazon it looks huge so I bought it but then when I received it it was very small so I don’t even use it. I took a loss right here.

just got bag today but i did check it out for the fitting and how it was made (i had ordered Chase Harper 4000 Black BC NW Aeropac Tail...I had to return it because it was just too big for where I wanted to put it but it was made very well everything about it I like ) so I looked and found this bag looked like the same bag but smaller okay this bag is very small but I think you could fit most of what I may need on a day ride to the mountains/shore like bungee cords, extra gloves, my roll up backpack, mask, night glasses, house keys, phone, I also have a very small rain coat that will fit too! the outside pockets are nice too I did put it on my tank as a test I will say that I think it is the right size for that not too small or too big as a tank bag( not sure how the magnets will hold but this bag has quick connect straps) I'm not using on my tank I want this as a bag for under my luggage rack the way this bag magnets are I can hang bag and rap the magnet straps over the top and stick to the rack (I really pulled on bag it don't move) I just have to peel magnets off and I can take the bag off but I don't see me doing that because what I'm putting in bag the bag is also a nice size to carry around it comes with a shoulder strap but I don't see that it would last it has plasticI will update as I get to use the bag

Fabric on the inside seems to be mis-stiched and leaves the foam showing. At least I hope it isn't meant to be this way, leaving opening where small things could get lost. I'll be returning this, expected a bit better quality control from Made in USA product.

The bag is exactly what I needed for an 09 Kawasaki ZG1400. I have one of the Chase Harper bags for the rear rail of a Norton Commando that this bag was designed after and found it well made and a good size for tools and do-dads. It’s not so big to get in the way on the Kawasaki and holds a spare set of gloves, hat, documents, whatever. I rode through some rain on a recent 4000 trip and the contents stayed dry but not sure how it would handle an all day rain ride. The mesh pockets on either side are very handy for charging cords, ear plugs and the like. The ZG1400 has a plastic compartment at the front of the tank so the front magnet was not effective but between the strap and rear magnets it stayed put, even at high speeds. It also slid out of the way easily to fill up.

Strong magnets and looks very durable. I use it to stuff a jacket in and to carry small items when riding my motorcycle.
