i've only used it once, hence, I felt I could only give it 4 stars for Durability and Sturdiness. Seems pretty sturdy, but it needs to be put through it's paces a bit more, I think. Like others have said, I was surprised at how much it held for it's relatively compact size. I do wish the top pockets intended for your liquids was a little roomier. Maybe I need to review my "necessary" toiletry items and pare it down a bit. There are a LOT of pockets. I had a little trouble remembering what I put where, but I think as I use it more and develop a habit of packing a certain way, it will get easier. I do wish i could have gotten their beautiful teal color, but they only had it in black when I ordered.It's intended to be a carry on, but the way my travel developed on the trip I used it on, I ended up checking it and carrying a backback for my carry on item. It survived traveling with all the "big boys" in baggage very well. I tied a pink ribbon around the handle for easy identification when it came off the carousel.The sleeve for fitting over your rolling luggage handle worked great. I've had some that were too tight and I had to struggle to fit it on. This one was easy. I wish it had an external water bottle holder. It has a clip which I think is intended to hold your water bottle by it's handle or something, but I don't think that's going to work for me. When i use it as a carry on I'm going to have to figure out something else for carrying water.Since I checked the bag, I didn't have to schlep it through the airport and through TSA, but I don't envision any problems with that. The shoulder strap should make it easy to manage and at one point I did have it packed with all my carry on items and the weight seemed manageable, even with computer. I always worry a bit about heaving one of these into the overhead bin (don't want to hurt a shoulder!) but this is meant to fit under the seat, so, even if it is a bit heavy, should be okay.All in all, I would definitely recommend this bag. Can’t wait to use as personal item on next trip! Quality seen throughout, organizational pockets, zippers work well. It’ll be nice not having to sort through a backpack for necessary inflight items. Should be easy to reach into bag since it should fit under the seat in front of you with ease. Just pop it on my carryon using the trolley sleeve and all set! Fabric looks to repel a light drizzle and easy to spot clean as needed. Love the vegan leather handles too.

It’s a beautiful bag. Lots of hype and advertising, so I tried it.I returned it because I’m just not able to pack into this as well as all the influencers seem to think I can. It’s probably just me, but this isn’t for me. I prefer the baggallini 3 in 1. That’s fitting my style and is very versatile.

I ordered this twice. After the first time, not receiving the exact one I wanted I returned it and was assured this missing amenities were in fact included, and they were not. The description said it had the water bottle holder, no, it did not. The bag Is of high quality, hence the price reflects that. I really liked having everything in its own place and a place for everything. Easy access to the interior from the top, is incredible. Just wish it had the bottle holder, rolled handless, pocket for passport/cell phone, trolly sleeve able to convert to a pocket. Tethered key holder. I would highly recommend this bag. I was able to figure out I wanted the V4 not the classic. The description needs to be edited.

Looks cute and well built. But too many compartments built for specialized items. Unless your travel style matches those needs this item is a waste of money.

This bag is possibly not a sleek looking as the version 4 of this bag, but it is half price and I will argue that it is a better design. I think in V4 they chose form over function. The front pocket on the V4 is narrow and does not open well when the bag is loaded making it difficult to access items. Although it looks sleeker, the design is flawed. The cup holder I would have liked but not a deal-breaker for $150 savings. It is a great bag and you can pack a lot in a very organized way. I am delighted with this bag and I even got my husband one I liked it so much. I recommend it highly.
