Great Hearing Aid
This works perfect for what I need it for. We can't use earbuds at work so I use this to listen to my audiobooks. No one knows I'm wearing it and the sound it great. The battery lasts for the whole 8 hour work shift. The price is right and it is easy to use. I don't really use the volume control as I use my ipod to control the volume. I bought another one as a backup so I will always have one ready. I like this because I only use the left ear so I can hear what is going on around me with my right. Try this.

Doesn't really work for me
I've had this for maybe six months, but rarely try to use it. It improves my hearing but maybe 20%, but the occasional too loud noise makes it uncomfortable, and not worth using. I use it only in meetings where it helps a little.

Affordable Alternative
My 86 year old uncle can’t get over how much this has changed his life. He can now communicate on the telephone, listen to music and be an active participant in conversations. It only takes a couple of hours to get it charged and then it lasts a little over 7 hours. It’s a great fit because it doesn’t hurt his ear and the speaker quality is top notch. No more muffled sounds. This is an affordable alternative to overpriced hearing aids.
