I run 3 computers as input to this TobenONE docking station. 2 Dell PCs and media server mounted to one of the monitors. Additionally my daughter has used it from time to time. I have had it for about a year and a half. And it has given us access to two multi-terabyte drives and two additional monitors and 2 DVD ROM drives. Never had a problem and always impressed with the throughput. My monitors are two off brands that were each purchased at different times as sales presesented opportunities. You should be aware that when you set up the TobenONE docking station that it does not do anything until you download and install the free driver files. After that just let it update as the updates come along. Recently I began having irregular instances of both or one monitor not responding at all. And the condition even seemed to cause trouble with just one of the computers while working fine with the others. And then the next day different computer had the problem while others were OK. I contacted TobenONE support on evening and they responded first thing in the morning. They asked for some basic information, reminded me the the product is warranted for 2 years, and assured me that they would sort thru the issue with me and either get things working, replace the dock, or refund my money. I was impressed by their commitment! While I was collecting the requested information, I noticed that I was having IoT devices randomly connect and disconnect from my WIFI network. Since I had seen this problem before, I addressed it first. I rebooted my WIFI Access Points. And that took care of my IoT issues. Going back to my TobenONE issue, I discovered that my docking station now worked perfectly stable! So the fault WASN'T the TobenONE docking station at all. I happily informed TobenONE Support. They didn't throw digital rocks at me or anything! They wished me a good day and reminded me that I still have a 1/2 year of warranty support available. FIVE STAR PRODUCT AND EXPERIENCE!

This was easy to set up, it works seamlessly with my Macbook, and allows me to have three external monitors plugged in. It really completes my work from home setup really well. Pros: - Single cable connection! I was using a different docking station from TobenONE that has worked amazingly, but it did require two USB-C connections. They provided the cable and it worked fine, but only needing one USB-C connection gives me flexibility on how I dock my laptop. - Three external monitors.. and I'm playing with adding a fourth monitor through a USB dongle. Enough said though! - Included power adapter. - LAN network connection - I have noticed other such devices begin to leave those out, it's super important to me to have a hard-wired internet connection for my work-from-home setup. - SD and MicroSD slots - I don't have great use for them personally, but they're available on the front of the device, which is a great place to put them. - It's a good looking dock! It looks great on my desktop, it draws attention but also is discrete and keeps everything organized behind it. Cons: - The only con that I will "blame" them for that they do have control over is not having a USB-C in the back. I currently have an adapter from USB-C to USB-A because looks are really important to me when it comes to my desk setup. The only USB-C available (outside of the one that connects to the laptop) is on the front. I would rather not have a cable sticking out the front permanently. It's a perfect place to put a connection for random use whenever I need to quickly plug in, but it shouldn't be the only option. - The next con I don't blame them for because I'm not sure the technology exists, they did what they had to do to get us 3 external monitors, but it's something that has to be mentioned: on Macbook, you can't stream Netflix/YoutubeTV/etc, because of the DisplayLinkManager software that you have to install. It makes those streaming services think that you're screen recording their content. Youtube does work btw. It's not a deal-breaker, just something to be aware of. Overall: I love the device, it's good-looking, it's simple, and I trust the brand because I've owned another one of their docking stations for three years with zero trouble. I tried several brands and TobenONE is unmatched.

Its a waste do not buy, rather get a $12 Anker 5 from Target or walgreens, multiple issues, would not turn on the laptop on the press of the button on the dock, blurred display, mac would never show picture although usb daya cable connected keeps telling connect data cable, windows works somehow but display is bad.

The dock is compact and well-designed - it's a very good product with a reasonable price point. The multi monitor support is solid and there are sufficient USB ports for my various peripherals. I hardly know it's there, and when I need to plug in a peripheral, it's simple. That's what I'm looking for in a dock - something that works and stays out of my way. Setup is simple,, though the Synaptics Displaylink driver download is required to support the multiple monitors functionality on my M1 MacBook, which will ask for some permissions to process the video through the unit. The provided instructions are simple and clear on the process. It's worked well for daily use over the past three weeks that I've used it. I've purchased two Tobenone docks in the past - and I've been very happy with them Customer service has been helpful and fastI required a replacement part. I have used two previous version of docking stations and they all worked flawlessly. I was super excited a out this new model and wasn't disappointed in terms of quality and ease of use. It still worked very well with my MacBook Pro and two monitors. However, it did lack USB ports that i am accustomed to with the other two models that I have used in the past. Whereas the other two units were bulkier and heavier, it had the USB ports and then some. This sleeker unit had an extra monitor port but I didn't need it, yet. I didn't return it as love the brand and this product. Will save it future use if I shoukd use three monitors.

I have been testing the docking station and have two HDMI-connected monitors, wired mechanical keyboard, wireless mouse, a webcam, and ring lighting, all connected to my Mac. When trying to set it up, the support page didn’t list this model on it and the driver wasn’t working on that page. I had to go to the new products page and then follow that to a different website to download that driver and it worked nearly immediately. The picture is clean and, minus getting the correct driver installed, the process of installing and setting up the docking station was easy.
