I’ve taken this in the goop form before but it gets hard in the container, can’t get it out and I forget to put it in coffee or tea all the time. I got this and it sure taste like the goop version but I got used to it and like the taste now. Been taking this about a week and I feel physically better with much more energy..like much more than I had in the goop form and it’s super easy to take and throw in a bag. Highly recommend.

On day 3 of it and ive notice like im awake more then before and i dont know but it does seem make not want to eat and feel more like active when i first get up only things ive notice in first 3 days im hoping to see more results down the road as energy and alertness has seem set in maybe i was lacking some minerals in my body will keep taking only bad thing is the taste yes bad tasting u just got get though it i have so far im hoping it just helps with my energy in long run

I am not sure if it’s the placebo effect or if they really work but either case I do feel more energetic. My runs have gotten longer and at a faster pace. The true test would be once the weather breaks and I can go MTB. At first they taste not so great but you get used to it. I used to just chew the gummies but I figured out that if I just put them in a suck on them until they dissolve, they taste much better. Try them. There’s no harm in it so nothing to loose. I’ll buy them again.

I don’t usually write reviews but this one just had to be it. I have used shilajit in the resin form and the taste never bothered me. It is an acquired and it becomes pleasant when you take after a while. I was off it for a while and I am starting to use it again so I decided to try something more convenient, since I am always on the go. I found these gummies and let me tell you, they taste HORRIBLE. Not exaggerating. I am a pretty tolerant person , my husband is Middle Eastern and I am Asian, I can confidently say we have tried our fair share of things that taste weird or different. This is just one of the most horrible tastes. It’s a mix of tamarind and some kind of goat taste to it, my husband said goat leather. It is impossible to chew through it because it is SOOO bad and because the gummy is plant based, the texture is not gummy-like at all but more like those fruit strips. I will definitely not be buying again, and will be throwing these out because they are just disgusting. It is not good at all. Sorry for the brand but it is unbelievably BAD. If you want shilajit just go through the trouble of mixing it with water. These are not and should not be out here in the market.
