This product works! It helps tremendously. Give it about 30 minutes and relief begins. A staple in my medicine drawer for frequent back pain. Never had the least skin irritation-just relief aid for hours. You will smile.

Better than the ones with menthol and be sure to buy the flex patch type. Always clean and dry the area before applying. Also any body hair should be removed to avoid discomfort of removal. They need to be applied to flat areas and may not hold on knee joints or any area with joints that bend. They are made to stick but not cause pain when removed

I love those! I actually got for when I have menstrual cramps, and they work so well! I keep these always in stock now! The patches are super easy to use. Take one out of the package and remove the paper backing. Do be careful not to let the patches fold and stick to itself. Once you’ve removed the backing, I stretch the patch a bit and put it where the pain is. They work for several hours for me and I usually don’t need another one after. Good quality, they don’t break or anything and are strong enough to stretch. The size is pretty good, covers a good area. Would recommend

These work well, just not as long as the prescription patches. I've cut them in half and put it on my wrist when I've done too much knitting, makes it feel better and the pain goes away.

I love these but make sure to get a bigger size if it’s in the back, it’ll easily rub off.

Purchased these to help with pain in my neck. My intended use was for overnight relief from pain. Getting the patch on was a bit tricky since it soft and flexible but I did manage to place it on the back of my neck. The problem was that the patch did not adhere very well and would not stay in place, I finally had to apply other more sticky patches to each end of the Salonpas to keep it on my neck. This being said the Salonpas patch did numb the pain in my neck.
