Gigantic bag that is quality
The two other reviews photos appear to belong North Face not Coach I’m 5’2 and the backpack is huge and looks like I could fit halfway fit into it. I’m returning it because it is wayyyyy too large for me but the quality is amazing. For the size the straps need to be thicker to support all of the items you would be able to place inside.

It's luggage size. Leather quality is high. I like the design. It's way bigger than I expected and the straps are narrow compared to the amount the bag can hold.
