I have used this several times now when I have had a bit too much fat in a meal, and it definitely has helped me digest it better then if I don't drink it afterwards. The price is pretty expensive at about $2 dollars per drink so its best used as needed and not every day. The main drawback to this is the taste, ginger drinks are usually pretty strong so I only took off one star, but at the price they are asking it would have been nice to see a but more work put into the taste.

I like Arbonne products. The quality is always high and they work. This Gut Health Drink mix is no different. It works! I took away stars for the taste and cost. Ginger is always a strong taste and I don't mind it but there's something about this powder that drinking it in plain water is too much. I've been mixing it in juice that already has ginger in it or OJ. And while I prefer straight powder items since it is absorbed better, this product is over $2 per drink mix. I have some pill form probiotics that work as well and cost less.

I have Crohn's disease, so finding a good probiotic, prebiotic and digestive enzymes is important to me. When I saw that Arbonne came out with these I had to try them because they're a reputable company. The packaging is nice and clean. I opened one packet and tried to smell it, but didn't love what I was smelling and it almost made me sneeze, so I poured it in 4oz of cold water as it said to do. I stirred it and smelled the drink. All I can say is that it smelled disgusting. Also the powder never fully dissolved in the water, so it's not a good quality supplement as it should disintegrate in the temp water it says to use (in this case it said cold or room temp). Then I decided to give it a taste... It's as if you took a probiotic or prebiotic capsule, opened it up and tried to drink it. It had a hint of ginger, and the worst earthy taste that turned my stomach with one SIP. No thank you. This was absolutely disgusting. If you're advertising this as this amazing probiotic drink, it needs to taste good, and this is far from good. It's horrible. They must have never even tested the product before putting it out on the market, and interestingly enough, it's now unavailable, but I had to leave this review so that others don't buy it if it does become once again. Shame on Arbonne.

This tastes pretty good. It's on the sweeter gingery side with a dash of tangyness. I added more water than suggested to dilute it to my liking, but you don't have to if you don't want to. It's individually packaged, making it easier to transport and take them with you. I make mine at work, so I can drink it throughout the day and it helps me stay hydrated and keeps my energy up. It's been easy to digest for me and makes my gut feel healthier. I like it. Recommend trying it.
