A Studio Must Have! Compact and easy to assemble. Headshots and catchlights superb

Greetings all I bet you’re wondering if this item would be a good fit for your photography business, though I will say I got it on sale during prime day. I still think for the regular price it is totally worth the purchase. Having watched reviews online for the original Westcott eyelighter and the Glow curved reflector I figured I would buy one of these for my studio and on location portraits. Fortunately this version was on sale during prime day, and I figured I would give it a shot and if it didn’t would I would return. When I received I noticed that it had 2 solutions to the issues reviews mentioned on YouTube. 1.) The Westcott version was a slower assembly due to the screwing the poles at the end to each other, this version has no fasteners so 2-3 min saved from total assembly time. Also Westcott sells their version for double the price of the Neewer version. 2.) The Glow version does not have Velcro to quickly change the reflective surfaces so if you have a change of lighting due to clouds on location and had to switch from white reflective surface to silver to get more light, you have to disassemble and slip on the other reflective surface. Hopefully this review assists you to better understand your choices in the different versions of this product and why I believe this specific one has the best bang for your buck. Does the job. Very good quality reflector. Setting it up is tedious but easy. And folds down very easy for portability

surprised by this , it feels smaller than it should be but it does a great job bouncing that underflow for portraits really convenient size for offices and small places. Solid piece of kit.

This is an unbeatable option if it remans set-up in a studio environment. Otherwise, practice setting this up several times before your first session and plan for at least 10 minutes add’l time when on-site. May make you wonder if your significantly cheaper, round reflector wasn’t already sufficient.

Pros: -This makes my portraits and headshots looks cinematic and alive. Cons: -Extremely annoying to store due to the odd shape and huge size. -Does not easily break down or assemble. I've sliced my finger open trying to take it apart. -the metal pipes are super cheap aluminum and one ended up snapping in half under the slightest pressure so now I have to create a solution Given the price, the pipes should be better quality and it should assemble more easily

Verarbeitung gut, Material gut, Handhabung gut und die Ergebnisse beim Aufhellen der Schatten sind wirklich gut. Ich kann diesen Reflektor jedem empfehlen der etwas Studiofotografie betreibt.

Quelques petites hésitations lors du premier montage mais le coup de main est vite pris et se fait en un temps relativement court. Le matériel est solide et son emploi efficace. Aucun regret.
