can these be used to wrap sandwiches?

You can re use them and wash them as much as you like. I dish wash them too. However, I never use it to wrap things but as a coockies’ sheet mostly goes into the oven for baking.

How do these compare with kitchen supply 13 inch x 17 inch parchment paper (1 sheet)? anyone has them both? are they both good for different use?

I can only say I love these. Good price for 3 sheets. Sorry I can't compare.

Quality stuff! It is a fine fabric covered by a silicone like layer. Makes baking a joy. Large size that you can cut to fit your pans. Wash easily and last forever.
