Never in my lifetime did I expect to love a machine this much. We’ve named our hardest working family member Rosie. I love her so much. She cleans our floors with great much care. Picks up all kinds of dirt and debris it’s a bit embarrassing. Good thing she doesn’t sweep and tell. You can schedule her to clean your entire home or just one room. Having tanks to hold clean and dirty water is wonderful so easy to change. Can’t even confuse them. They are different colors. Although Rosie is a little wider than I’ve seen of some robot vacs, she still manages to get between my kitchen chairs without issue. She is built to clean, I didn’t really expect her to mop as well as she does. Puts my human capabilities to shame. I am so happy to have Rosie as part of our family. Well built and great quality. Added bonuses, she will take photos of your pets if she spots them while cleaning. I find this kind of fun. She also spots and finds all their missing toys. This is amazing. She’s found a few things I didn’t even realize were missing. I am seriously impressed with this machine!

I’ve been using the DREAME X50 Ultra for about two weeks now, and I’m seriously impressed. Setup was super simple — the app mapped my house in one run, and I can now send it to clean specific rooms. Vacuuming performance is excellent. It easily picks up dog hair, crumbs, and dust from both hardwood and carpets. The mop is even better — it actually scrubs and leaves the floor spotless. The best part is the base station: it empties the dust bin, washes and dries the mop pads automatically, and even refills clean water. I barely have to touch anything. It’s smart too — avoids shoes, cables, and doesn’t bump into furniture. Noise is reasonable, and my dog is no longer scared of it. After two weeks, I only had to refill the water tank and replace one dust bag. Downsides? It’s a bit bulky and can’t get under very low furniture, and the dock takes up some space. But honestly, the convenience outweighs that. If you want a powerful, hands-off vacuum and mop combo that actually works, the DREAME X50 Ultra is worth every penny.

I had a braava mop and a roomba s9+ before this. This one machine completely blows iRobot out of the water. Mapping was quick and thorough. Gets closer to objects has only gotten stuck one time and I was able to manually drive out of it via the app when I was at work. Revolutionary! And the roomba could never get over my threshold in the kitchen. This guys doesn’t even need that to get over it but it does have the capability to maneuver over thresholds if needed. Functions amazing. Wi-Fi connects easy. It’s a bit larger than the roomba but gets into smaller places with the ability to move the sweeping arm out to reach corners and edges with precision. It vacuums the carpets much better than my s9+. Mopping is great and it self cleans the mop heads. Feels very sturdy. I have zero complaints. I will never use another brand. These guys have the app and machine running tip top. So glad I ran across them and will never go back. My house is always clean even with a heavy shedding Bassett hound.

So I'd been thinking about getting a second robot so I can split the chores between two robots and decided to give Dreame a try. I received this robot two days ago on Monday September 8, 2025. I unpacked it and setup the dock and placed the robot to charge while pairing it to my phone. Once charged I mapped the house, set the room boundaries and created my cleaning schedule. I had clean genius enabled and updated the firmware to the latest version which was supposed to aid with battery life. On the next morning it executed the cleaning schedule but I noticed that it had to return to the dock in the middle to recharge to complete the rooms which I found odd as my roborock qrevo curv does it with plenty of battery remaining when it completes it. So its on the dock charging after going out the second time and now its time to execute the next scheduled cleaning which it should do as it had more than enough battery to complete it yet it never left the dock. Finally a few hours later it managed to complete the next scheduled batch of rooms and returned to the dock. I checked on the dock when I came home from work and noticed that it had consumed the entire freshwater tank in less than 24 hours and only three rooms require mopping one of which it never entered. I filled the freshwater tank, emptied the dirty water tank and didn't think anything else about it. My curv can mop all three rooms on two consecutive days before the dock requires service. So I get up this morning, Wednesday September 10, 2025, a bit early and decided to check my app to see how last night went and noticed that the robot was offline. I went to the kitchen to check on it and found it sitting in the dock, no lights on whatsoever on the robot or the dock. I tried to command it with the physical buttons and it didn't do anything and the app still shows offline. I had to hold down the physical power button for 3 seconds and power it on. The router still sees it so I tried resetting it using the button method and it still showed offline. Then I used the reset button and got the same thing. I even tried clearing the app data then finally uninstalled and reinstalled it with the same end result. So it looks like this thing died on the dock overnight and when I googled it I was surprised as apparently its a thing with this model losing its communications module in the robot as is very poor battery life. Anyway I turned it into UPS when I got home from work and now its on the way back. I know that nothing is 100% in this world but I'm very disappointed with this very hyped up product. With that said don't put all of your eggs in one youtuber channel basket with this or any other product as they will shill for profit. No I would not recommend this product to anyone not even my enemies and will probably get another roborock as a companion to my curv.

This is a great vacuum and at a great discount right now (50%). Suction power and effectiveness on carpets is remarkably good, and the brushes stay clean, and do a good job of agitating the carpet - so if vacuuming carpets is import to you - this is a GREAT unit. The spinning side brush design is far better than most others and actually performs its intended function much better than other robot vacs I have owned. The filter and dust bags are ample for the task they perform. Mopping for me was secondary but still important. The mopping finesse of this unit exceeds my expectations, and the self attaching/detaching mops work flawlessly. I have not had a good mopping solution for some time, and manual mopping always seems to wait until the floors are deplorable. Not any more! Both bathrooms, the hallway and kitchen are kept in just about perfect shape with once a week scheduled mopping, and the occasion 'oopsie' manual run of the mopping routines. Its mop self washing routines do a GREAT job, and they are left dry and safe to let sit without worry of mold or stinkyness. It's mapping routines are truly amazing, and faster than any other robovac I have ever seen. Truly less than 10 minutes, maybe even only 5 minutes, and the entire house was mapped extremely well. It even recognized certain room and labeled them correctly (Bedroom, living room, always, kitchen, bathrooms). It decided the office is 'Living room 2' and I haven't quite figured out how to change that label. If I have to live with that, its ok, my Grandfather always called the garage 'the barn', so I guess everything has its quirks. LOL. The rising and lowering scanner on the top is interesting, but I haven't quite figured out how to leverage that so it can get under the bed support frame legs, but it still does an effective job under the bed. The 'climbing legs' feature wasn't something I expected to use as the home is pretty flat, but it still uses them to get over transition from tile to carpet since mine are apparently higher than the robot prefers. When it puts those legs up, It kind of looks like its getting ready to do a track and field event, but it gets the job done. When I first got it, I was afraid I might have to return it because it would enter its charging base, but would not charge (yes, the firmware was updated to the most current), but it turned out that after I let it finish a vacuuming cycle the first time it returned to the base and viola, began a charging cycle. No issues since then. I do wish it was a bit more willing to extend he mops and side brush - sometimes it doesn't when doing so would help a lot, but I understand there may be settings I can explore that will fine tune this, and always the chance for firmware updates that could help. Like most robot vacs, the edge vacuuming performance is not that great because the carpet brushes don't extend to the edge of the unit. The very effective extendable side brush helps, but this will be an occasional manual vacuuming need to handle the edges. The application is a bit sluggish to the touch, but works reliably once you get used to its cadence of touch-response. The product features are many, and may not have the very best arrangement in the app to make it clear when and how to use them all. There is a way to 'pin' custom cleaning routines to the app, but I haven't been able to figure out how to use that feature yet. I hope they will make improvement in this over time. Durability with a device that has so many mechanical features is a question mark, but it bears a 5 year warranty. So assuming I don't have to pay shipping to China and deal with customs paperwork, I'm not that worried about it right now. Purchased this at 50% off, and feel as if it was a good deal, meeting all the priorities I had for both vacuuming and mopping. I'm happy with this purchase, and with not having to regularly manually mop any more!

This is an amazing robot vacuum cleaner. I used to own another robot vacuum back in the early days of this technology. At that time, robot cleaners were in their earliest stage—they couldn’t map the floor, and the performance wasn’t very good. I was not happy with it because it just kept circling around without cleaning properly. This one, however, is incredible. It does an amazing job. It’s very smart, cleans efficiently, returns to the dock on its own, and automatically empties the dust tray. Everything works exactly as it should. It is also very quiet. I ran it at night, and it was perfect—it didn’t bother us at all. The only small complaint I have is that it sometimes gets stuck between rugs and the floor, but that’s not really the vacuum’s fault. It’s due to my house layout, with uneven floors, rugs, and furniture placed in a specific way. Aside from that, everything is excellent. If you’re looking for a smart robot vacuum cleaner with mopping functionality, this is the one-stop solution. You won’t regret it. It’s high quality, the app is amazing, everything is well made, and it does its job perfectly.

Firstly, the vacuum came really well packaged! It feels really well built and only took about 20 minutes for unpacking, putting it together, and having to run a quick software update for this beautiful piece of technology to be ready to use. After a few days of use, I can say this has been a big upgrade over my previous robot vacuums. With a dog in the house, the daily fur and paw prints are a constant battle, but this unit tackles both vacuuming and mopping really well. It took about an hour to handle two rooms, the kitchen, living room, dining room, and hallways, leaving the floors spotless. The self-emptying dock and mop-cleaning feature are a game changer; I don’t have to think about it much beyond draining the dirty water after a mop cycle. The only thing I’d change is the vacuum bags (since you’ll need to replace them), but it hasn’t filled one yet and seems manageable. After about an hour and 20 minutes of cleaning, it used about 40% of battery with both mopping and vacuuming, more than enough for most people’s homes. Overall, very happy with this purchase. Update: 10/10/2025 It’s been two weeks now and it’s working great. I generally let it run at night so no one’s walking around. I suggest emptying the dirty water tank after every use and letting it air dry before reinstalling. I’m impressed with how dirty the water is after running the vacuum / mop cycle. Or better yet, how well it does cleaning the floors. No issues so far and it has a cool feature where if it recognizes someone is in the room, it’ll go back at the end of the cleaning cycle.

This robot is truly amazing. It has blown away any expectations that I had. I started just wanting one to vacuum. Then found all the "good" ones did mopping also. Ended up just going for a good one to give it a good try, but I didnt expect much. Wow, was I wrong! This thing is excellent! It cleans my wood floors very well, and vacuums very well also. I have a shag carpet that is a PITA to vacuum, and this robot does it better than I do. I love all of the settings in the app, but they can be overwhelming at first. The fact that this robot maps my house by itself, autodetected all carpets, does VERY well at avoiding obstacles (I have two daughters who leave everything everywhere). I have it vacuum and mop in the middle of the night when I am sleeping, or when I am out at work. I come home to extremely clean floors every day. I cannot say enough! There were a few kinks to work out via settings in the app. Mainly for what I wanted it to do and understand how it worked. But now that it is dialed in, perfect! Only somewhat downside, the battery is a little small. I have a larger home as well but its not really a problem as between it cleaning at night or when im at work, plenty of time to clean, charge and continue with the job. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who hates doing their floors but wants them clean all the time.
