Works great, but be patient learning how to use it
It takes a little patience to learn how to use the machine and dial in the perfect espresso or coffee (which depends on the beans you use and how fresh they are) but patience pays off. The machine makes great coffee, espresso drinks and iced and cold-press coffee in different strengths and sizes, plus the milk steamer/foamer works really well and on its own, cleans itself after use and also has a cold foam option. The machine weighs and grinds the beans for each cup, it tastes best afer a water-only test brew to warm up the machine, and if you're steaming/foaming milk that's an extra 30-45 seconds. So be prepared for a coffee that takes about 2-3 minutes to prepare. But it's worth the wait. I had Nespresso Latissima and a Nespresso Vertuo machines before which were fast and convenient, but there's no comparison to versatility of the Ninja Luxe Cafe and the richness and quality of its coffees.

Best coffee ever!
This machine is really easy to use. You said it and forget it. It grinds your beans it makes your coffee and warm cream. It is not complicated at all set it and forget it and it makes the best coffee ever love love love

Great Machine!
This lives up to all the hype, and although the retail box was missing, all that boxes packing material was used to insure everything was properly secured. The machine appearance seemed to be completely new and unused, with not scratches or dents. All components were included. I've been using the machine all week and it is just as great as expected. It makes fantastic espresso, and steams the milk completely hands free. Latte's are amazing. I suggest watching some Coffee Kev videos to learn all you need to know. The Barista Assist technology is awesome. Cleaning is simple, and compared to other machines mess is non-existent. Spend a little extra and buy nice freshly roasted beans.

Very quick. Easy to use we watche 3 videos and leasrned very quick . The way it grinds the coffe is quick and easy . It looks so beautiful is not as big as some people think is actually perfect size . Is worth every penny

Seems to be brand new
Great machine. We took a chance with the refurb, but it seems brand new. I was surprised how much better coffee is from this machine vs Cusinart drip machine (which we were very happy with). Espressos and cold brews are also excellent. Refurb units do not come with the ninja recipe book, but it is easy to find the pdf online.
