I was interested in these to help me improve my breathing and sleep at night. Looked at the more expensive alternatives with magnets etc but decided to try these first. They work great. Easy to apply. I have not experienced them peeling off during the night. Recommend apply immediately after cleaning your face and drying with a towel. Once you apply one you immediately notice the difference. Look forward to trying these when I am congested.

The Breathe Right nasal strips are quite effective at opening up nasal passages and making it easier to breathe at night. They’re comfortable to wear and do a good job overall. However, I’ve found that they tend to peel off, especially during warmer nights when my skin is a bit sweatier or oilier. Still a decent option, but the staying power could be better.

Bought these as I’ve a deviated septum that has gotten worse and it was really affecting my sleep and I could only sleep on one side. In the few nights that I’ve been using them the difference it has made has been unreal. From putting them on just clearing my blocked nostril and feeling air going in as it should was amazing. Incredibly effective and easy to use. They stay on all night and I’m usually quite active on a night so they withstand the movement. I’d highly recommend for anyone who is struggling and probably needs surgery too! I purchased a Small/Medium size and will be purchasing more for nightly sleep.

I am only very slightly overweight, 5ft 11 and weigh 14 stone. I have noticed, esp in the winter that my face gets bloated and saggy so when im sleeping on my side or front my checks move and push down on my nasal passage. I wake up in the night often with dry mouth because im being forced to breath though it due to my nose being compressed. i keep a bottle of water next to my bed when i wake up, but Doctors are not interested in helping me with any surgery as usual. These strips can help, sometimes i put them on and i get a better night sleep, i know because i dont wake up so much. They do a fair job at keeping my cheecks apart from my nasal pipe so i can get more air. The only issue i have is, sometimes i wake up with nasal dryness or, forgive me, crust. This maybe because its to open and i need a bigger size, but at least half the times i wake up with a dry nose which also causes my nasal passage to be blocked. Still its the best product i have found and on the nights it does help i feel much better in the morning.

Bought as so blocked up with a head cold I couldn't sleep and was desperate - amazingly they worked! Immediate relief and a proper night's sleep. Recommended to others who have also found them to be beneficial. So simple and effective. As others have said, they really stick on well, which is great as you don't want them coming off in the night, but this does mean they are a little difficult to remove in the morning. I have found that if I wet them thoroughly, they do come off a little easier.

I usually buy these every month but this time every single strip I had lasted no more then 5 minutes. Not enough adhesive and just kept peeling off. Would not recommend or waste your money!

These are great. They help open up my nose so I can get a better nights sleep, I also have used these for running and other exercise and they have really improved my breathing. They stick to your nose really well, you just have to wash your noise first to take off some of the natural oils, otherwise they can pop off. The beige are okay colour wise but I prefer the see through versions in the same brand - I only use these for sleep so it doesn’t really matter. All in all well worth it and not a bad price really.

These are still the best brand, cost is more but I just went through 200 of a cheap brand I had to cut them in half and cut the length and they didn't stick all night. THIS is the best brand, they always stay on all night, I find I can cut them length wise and get two out of each one. These are small too.

Have been relying heavily on decongestant tablets and nasal sprays until I found these, they are perfect I can finally breathe through my nose again!

Help me breathe at night and minimize my snoring
