I purchased these to help improve my nasal breathing during sleep. I have a mildly deviated septum, which can make it difficult to breathe freely through my nose at night, particularly when lying on one side. After looking at some of the more expensive magnetic and reusable alternatives, I decided to try these first given their much lower cost. I've been genuinely impressed with the results. They're very easy to apply and, importantly, they stay in place throughout the night. I haven't experienced any issues with them peeling off or becoming loose while sleeping. My recommendation would be to apply them immediately after washing and thoroughly drying your face. Doing this seems to provide the best adhesion and I've found they remain secure until the morning. The effect is noticeable almost immediately after application. The strips gently open the nasal passages, making it feel easier to breathe through the nose. Whilst they don't change the underlying cause of my breathing restriction, I have found that they noticeably improve airflow and comfort during sleep. One aspect I particularly like is that I track my sleep and recovery metrics using a Whoop wearable. Since incorporating these strips into my routine, I've noticed a consistent improvement in my sleep scores and recovery metrics compared to nights when I don't use them. The Breathe Right nasal strips are quite effective at opening up nasal passages and making it easier to breathe at night. They’re comfortable to wear and do a good job overall. However, I’ve found that they tend to peel off, especially during warmer nights when my skin is a bit sweatier or oilier. Still a decent option, but the staying power could be better.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but actually these strips have been a lifesaver through a recent cold and allergy season - easy to use and much easier to breathe at night! The glue can leave residue, but not enough to cause a problem - just wash thoroughly in the morning.

I am only very slightly overweight, 5ft 11 and weigh 14 stone. I have noticed, esp in the winter that my face gets bloated and saggy so when im sleeping on my side or front my checks move and push down on my nasal passage. I wake up in the night often with dry mouth because im being forced to breath though it due to my nose being compressed. i keep a bottle of water next to my bed when i wake up, but Doctors are not interested in helping me with any surgery as usual. These strips can help, sometimes i put them on and i get a better night sleep, i know because i dont wake up so much. They do a fair job at keeping my cheecks apart from my nasal pipe so i can get more air. The only issue i have is, sometimes i wake up with nasal dryness or, forgive me, crust. This maybe because its to open and i need a bigger size, but at least half the times i wake up with a dry nose which also causes my nasal passage to be blocked. Still its the best product i have found and on the nights it does help i feel much better in the morning.

Brilliant, stick really well, no irritation from the tape. Open nostrils as wide as possible if placed low down as possible. Best I've used.

Helps me sleep easier as I can breathe fully, but they've changed the glue so now it rips off a layer of skin in the morning when I take it off. Even if I soak it off, it still takes off a layer of skin. It's super painful and leaves my nose red and raw. If you have thick skin, you'll do great, but I've had to cancel my subscription

Bought as so blocked up with a head cold I couldn't sleep and was desperate - amazingly they worked! Immediate relief and a proper night's sleep. Recommended to others who have also found them to be beneficial. So simple and effective. As others have said, they really stick on well, which is great as you don't want them coming off in the night, but this does mean they are a little difficult to remove in the morning. I have found that if I wet them thoroughly, they do come off a little easier.

These are still the best brand, cost is more but I just went through 200 of a cheap brand I had to cut them in half and cut the length and they didn't stick all night. THIS is the best brand, they always stay on all night, I find I can cut them length wise and get two out of each one. These are small too.
