The unit has elegant design. It is easy to use. The quality and taste of coffee made using this machine is very good. The milk frother works easy and self clean itself. Keep in mind that you need to clean the milk frother with a damp cloth after each use. This doesn’t bother me because it is a quick wipe. I recommend this unit!

If I could give this machine zero starts, I would. I don't think I've ever written a review on Amazon, but this overpriced hunk of garbage has ticked me off. We had the machine for 2 weeks before it completely crapped out. After plugging it in, it immediately starts emptying itself with a rapidly blinking orange light. It is stuck in that mode every time you plug it in, and only comes out of it when you factory reset it. But even then, it still refuses to brew coffee at all. We sent it in for repair with Nespresso, which of course took 4 weeks. Finally got it back 3 days ago. It brewed a total of 5 coffees before getting stuck into that same state again. This is an absolute pile of trash that is not worth a single penny. It's clear that it has hardware issues (from other reviews complaining about leaks), but the fact that the software is garbage is another indication that this thing was slapped together by baboons. Oh and the app sucks completely. It's super unhelpful, barely connects to the machine 20% of the time, and requires me to login every time I open the app. Do not buy. This thing has completely soured me on the Nespresso ecosystem as a whole. At this point, it would be less hassle (and cheaper) to brew coffee with a real espresso machine

Love the creamy coffee this machine makes! So far, my husband and I are very pleased with the quality although it’s more than what we would have liked to spend. We did buy it used for less than $700 so better deal than a sale. We didn’t notice any cosmetic damage or issues, so glad we got it used for a better deal. The milk frother is the highlight - able to set 3 modes of temperature to your liking and how much you’d like the milk to froth. It looks aesthetically pleasing on the kitchen counter. Glad we got the all stainless steel to match our appliances. At first I was worried about the fingerprints, but it’s really not a big deal or leaves any noticeable prints unless you touch the machine with greasy, dirty hands. Beautiful machine that does a great job making a delicious cup of coffee every morning, which is something I look forward to daily!

I love this machine. Love it! Coffee temp is nice and hot, just low I like it. Very quick for brewing and steaming milk with a variety of settings. Easy to set up and easy to clean. This is my third Nespresso machine and by far my favorite - and it looks great on the countertop, too. Great quality machine.

I adore this gorgeous machine! I was hesitant at first, because many reviewers complained about water overflowing from the base onto their countertops. Easily rectified, I discovered that once morning coffee was over, all I had to do was remove the bottom tray with its black plastic insert, along with the silver overplate…empty the bottom tray of the water collected after the steamer purged itself…and VOILA! No problems! The other trick I had to learn, through trial and error, was to get the richest coffee - whether straight espresso, or a latte, was to use the double press (expert) push of the start button. It intensifies the taste of the coffee, albeit lessening the liquid volume (for those seeking larger servings). While I used to enjoy whipping up a large helping of steamed milk foam with a separate frother (giving me mountains of foam), the coffee in my old Vertuo Nespresso machine was weak and watery tasting in comparison. I set the milk temperature at high and my coffee arrives at the table hot and fragrant. Then there’s the SPEED! My coffee takes a fraction of the time to brew, so I find I can finish prepare mine in record time after serving my partner. We can actually enjoy our morning fix together now! The only complaint (and it’s really not a biggy) is the initial volume of the coffee-maker as it brews certain pods. (Eg, it’s not consistent). Sounds like a roaring wildcat! Better than my partner roaring as he awaits his morning cuppa though, so all-in-all, I’m a happy camper. Did I mention that this shiny stainless coffeemaker looks like a piece of fine art in my kitchen? No? Well…it does! I LOVE this machine! Thank you Nespresso. 😊
