I'm normally wary of Samsung products because you seem to seldom get what you pay for. But I got this on sale to replace my old Asus Zenbook and am thoroughly impressed with the quality. I went with the Ultra 7 processor with 1 TB SSD and 32 GB RAM. The Good: - It's a sexy, sexy machine - thin, sleek, solid build, and capable of the "one-finger open." It looks and feels very similar to a Macbook - Small size charger and its thin design make it portable when you need it to be - Ultra 7 Processor and 32 GB RAM make it snappy and responsive; great for multi-tasking - Updated integrated GPU is more than adequate for most users, including for games that are not graphically demanding - Thermals are much better than a lot of thin laptops I've tried - didn't get super hot at any point when testing it out - HUGE touchpad and responsive fingerprint scanner. - Gorgeous 3K AMOLED screen (to be expected from Samsung) - Conversion to tablet mode was smooth and hassle-free; pen works great - Speaker sound quality was surprisingly good - Keyboard is very similar (in my opinion) to a Macbook keyboard as far as keystroke depth and "clickiness" and I love the quality of my Macbook keyboard What Could Be Better? - Battery life on balanced mode is not terrible, but could be better - For the price, it would be nice to have a dedicated GPU rather than integrated - Wish the webcam was capable of facial recognition - Not a fan of the push to integrate Copilot AI and HATE it when manufacturers put the Copilot key on the keyboard (quick remapping in Power Toys fixes that, though) Conclusion: I'm very happy with my purchase. If you are a casual user, want a 16" laptop for work, school, etc. and not looking for a hardcore gaming machine, then I'd say this would be a good choice IF you can get it on sale at a decent price. Yes, they are clearly trying to compete with the more premium Macbook line, but I can't really fault them for that.

This is a Great computor! It's so nice to open it an start working instead of waiting like my previous one. This laptop is so fast! I haven't have to wait for anything to start up. Amazing!!!

I spent a ton of money on this laptop to be able to use for work. Everything I own is a samsung so it only makes sense to buy a samsung laptop, considering that it marries up to my phone, watch, tv, and tablet. I use extreme caution when using this laptop because it is crazy expensive and super thin. I used my laptop one night, I closed the lid and set it on the table and went to bed. When I woke up the next day, the screen was cracked. There is NO signs of visible damage. I contacted Samsung customer support and sent the laptop to them to be repaired. They contacted me and told me my warranty is VOID because there is a crack in the screen. Well that is why the laptop is there, because the screen cracked. Now they want me to pay another several hundred to replace the screen. After doing a small amount of research, it appears to be a common problem with the galaxy book screens cracking from the first generation. I guess i will live with the screen having a crack right in the middle of the screen. I am so disappointed in this laptop and Samsung. I paid almost 2 grand for the screen to crack within 3 months and Samsung wont own up to a known problem.

Exceeds performance expectations. Yes I intended to get the more RAM. But AI tech + touch screen + 2 in 1 Flip + stylus + Bluetooth + Fingerprint reader + Samsung crossover connection TV & Cellular. and Battery life stellar ✨️ amazing screen clarity. You won't be disappointed in this PC. I added an external Optical Drive and Bluetooth Mouse/Keyboard keyboard protector and screen protector to prevent stylus scratches.

Bien tomaré este espacio para expresar como ha sido mi experiencia por más de 3 semanas de uso intensivo para tareas de informática básica, gaming ocasional y dibujo digital, y la idea es decir algo que no digan en videos u otras reviews, y es que el uso de aplicaciones de samsung, más las de Windows básicas solo para su funcionamiento consumen más ram de lo que hablan o se muestra, un uso cotidiano con una sencilla personalización del dispositivo esta aproximadamente en 16GB de ram usadas y eso es sin exigirle en gran cantidad de aplicaciones pesadas en simultáneo, recomiendo enormemente hacer el sacrificio o esperar a una buena promoción y adquirir el de 32GB de Ram pues para que la vida útil del dispositivo sea ampliamente aprovechada. Ahora bien si vives en Colombia como yo para hacer la compra tuve barios inconvenientes para concretar la compra pues amazon cancelaba de manera inmediata la compra por la suma de dinero. Tuve que enviar correo solicitando que revisaran los motivos de mi cancelación de pedido y la revisión del soporte técnico me informo que era problema de ellos, asi que no desistas y busca distintos medios de contacto para lograr realizar el pedido de manera satisfactoria, las fotos videos o reviews no le hacen justicia a lo cómodo, versátil y potente que realmente puede llegara a ser el dispositivo El producto es muy costoso pero único en su especie, analiza tus prioridades y evalua si una pantalla táctil, formato 360, e integración con ecosistema samsung son tan valiosos... si es el caso, NO TE ARREPENTIRAS DE ESTE EQUIPO

I currently have a macbook pro that is almost 10 years old and wanted to switch to Windows to experience the recent features and especially the fast wifi technology. Bought this Samsung laptop and so far I am very pleased. The only negative feedback I would like to give is the lack of camera that would do a face unlock in windows 11, low quality of charger/wire compared to Apple and both the USB-C ports being integrated into one side. I wish they separated it out.

This laptop is incredible. Its a great value for the money. Its a good weight. It has great sound quality. It has incredible performance. It connects incredibly well and meshes even better if you are already in the companies ecosystem and will pair with your phone and tablet. The battery life is incredible.

Not a great computer. Even though it's set to go to sleep after 2 hours it continues to do so after 15 minutes of inactivity and then takes several minutes to work again. It's supposed to have a lot of memory but seems to freeze up quite easily. Doesn't operate as well as my six year old laptop that I replaced it for. I'm disappointed with its performance for sure and regret the purchase.
