Works great fir sebhoreac dermatitis. It does smell but does the job. Will buy again. Great price too.

Esperaba más
Se supone que es el concentrado pero tristemente no se acerca al de Neutrogena.

Treats scalp psoriasis
This is a wonderful non- steroid shampoo for scalp psoriasis. I used prescription steroid shampoos for three years with minimal results. One week after using this shampoo every other day for one week, my scalp was healed! I can wear dark shirts again. I don’t constantly scratch my head. Only problem is the odor of hot tar on my scalp. It’s pretty bad, but if you use a nice smelling conditioner afterward, it will help. My hair isn’t dried out either.

Works Well, Smells Bad
This product quickly relieved my mild case of scalp eczema. But, its active ingredient gives it a strong petrochemical odor that doesn't rinse off. It leaves you smelling like a Jiffy Lube grease monkey.

Works better than others I've tried
A lot of coal tar/pine tar shampoos have a very low level of the active ingredient, and don't really work all that well. Seeing that this product is listed at only 1% had me concerned, but apparently there are different ways of measuring the active ingredient and these guys are using the more conservative method.Bottom line, this product contains more coal tar than any of the other reasonably priced alternatives I could find on Amazon at the time. And it works as well as I would expected it to, considering its claimed potency.I'd love to see an even more concentrated product from the same manufacturer, but at this time I would buy this product again without question.I've been disappointed by other products in the same category, but this one actually works.
