Most photographed costume on Halloween
In a year when my 8th grade son might have "outgrown" Halloween, he managed to put together the coolest costume after we stumbled on the Morphsuit website. He became the most photographed costume as we walked through our town's main street and went trick or treating with his brother's friends. Yes, he wore the morphsuit, and was comfortable with it fully on, all night. He wore a thin athletic shirt underneath it for warmth and to be able to unzip and roll it down to the waist later in the night, but was comfortable with his face and hands covered most of the night.Fit is key to a morphsuit -- consult the company website for a grid that helps you select size. My son is average build, about 5'5"-5'6" and was comfortable in the XS. I am 5'4" and 120 lb and could fit the same size. The height of the suit was comfortable enough that he did not have the groin issues many wearers do (read elsewhere). Another reviewer said the length of theirs was short so they cut off the feet, but we sized large enough to not have that issue. My son had no odd fitting issues with fingers too tight or anything like that, nor did the suit "bag." It really did fit him like second skin.Fabric: the fabric is a thin, slippery nylon knit. It is light enough that my son wore a thin athletic shirt under it to not be cold (Halloween in NE), but it is NOT see through. The fabric is high quality -- after a night of rowdy wear, there are no tears or snags. It is VERY slippery. Adults who need to be functional have commented that it's slippery enough that you can't do anything with your hands (careful grip on your cell phone!), but my son wore black knit raver gloves* over his hands so it wasn't an issue. (Want some fun? Watch someone try to get up off a wood/marble floor wearing one of these suits.) If I had any design suggestion, I'd add a hidden slit at the wrist so you had the option to take your hands out. My son dealt with it by rolling the suit down to his waist so he could have his arms out; he wasn't irritated by having his hands trapped and wasn't tempted to cut or modify to have his hands out.Want to accessorize? Cheat and copy my son. He wore a black top hat (inexpensive felt party/costume hat bought through amazon), black sneakers and "blacked-out raver gloves*" (these are black knit gloves with LED lights in the tips). He wanted to add a black bowtie and his cousin shot him with silly string. I called him "pixelated man;" he called himself "I am the party."I really can't recommend morphsuits enough as a costume option, especially for tween-teens.*Not sure if this link will work, but if you are curious about those black raver gloves, try this:

"Aliens!"
Here's the size large-- the first pic is on me, and pretty baggy because I'm 5'7 and ~140 lbs. I got this for my boyfriend in the second picture for a costume party (his friend is going as that guy from Ancient Aliens) and at 5'11, ~200 lbs, this fit him pretty well with some excess length and wrinkling at the knees and elbows. Some suggestions:• There is a zipper at the back of the head to make this easier to pull down like a backwards hood. Convenient, but can and will catch on your hair, so make sure to hold it well away when zipping!• Please, for the love of sci-fi, wear something under or over this while out in public lol. It's thin, soft material and that means it OUTLINES parts with more definition than the general public wants to see. Unless it's that kind of party... or you're the Goblin King.• If you want to use a touchscreen phone while this is on, try pressing with the bottom of your thumb pad instead of the tip. My iPhone didn't recognize alien fingers. D:• We ended up cutting some eye holes (covering with sunglasses) and nostrils. Left as it is, our vision was too filmy and it wasn't ventilated well enough to enjoy for an entire party, but maybe you have more costume tolerance.• Used a gentle machine wash cycle with cold water no problem! I hung it up to dry just to be on the safe side. Definitely durable enough to wear multiple times.Enjoy geeking out, my fellow Earthicans. :)

Definitely has some major design flaws!
By the end of me wearing this suit the fingers were completely yellow because the gold had tarnished off of the suit. Definitely buy according to HEIGHT first because I am slightly over 5'6" and the XS did not fit me well both length-wise and with my arms and shoulders. The head size is a little too tight and the zipper is cheap (my hair kept getting caught in it because there was no fabric between the zipper and my head). Overall worth it for one night but I cannot wear it again.

writing titles is the hardest part of a review
This is a high-quality costume. I'm 6'0" and 210 pounds, and the XL fit me well. It also looks like it will last, as I was pulling on it to slide the leggings up to my crotch, and it seemed to have a lot of give (stretchy). I also typically have issues with gloves, as my hands are large, but I had no problems with the fit of the glove portion of the costume. There zipper has two heads, one at the top of your butt, and one at the top of your head, so you can zip/unzip from either end (like a suitcase). The only thing I didn't like about it was it was difficult to see. I'm not talking just about walking around outside during dusk with a flashlight, I'm also talking about being in a room with all the lights on. The tighter the mask is on your face, the easier it is to see, so pulling on it around your face helps. My son had a similar X-ray costume that allowed for the front to flip up, exposing a hole for his face, which was fantastic. It would be nice if this had something like it, as when I wanted to put the mask portion on, just flipping it on your head doesn't work well without zipping it up from behind, and that's not easy to do with the gloves from the costume.I thought the costume looked great, and if you're willing for your vision to be impaired while wearing it, this is a great costume.

Pro’s and Con’s
I like that the package has the heights and size thats best for each, the weight part was a little off. The top zipper popped but the bottom zipper made up for that. The face part is a little hard to see out of. It’s October so I hope for a warm Halloween but over all I am satisfied with this product.
