The relief is fast, soothing, and exactly what you hope for when you're walking like you just finished riding a horse across the country. It helps with the burning, swelling, and irritation so you can get back to sitting down without negotiating with your chair. The twin pack is a bonus because, let's be honest, if you're buying this once, future you will appreciate the backup. Five stars.
