Very bad product don't purchase Samsung phone very poor customer service they don't listen the customer grievance only take say it is not in my policy In 2 month use mobile screen stop working where ever no any screen damage not even a single scratch service center only registered your request and customer care don't support and 10 din ho gaya hai no result It's damaging reputation of Samsung its is true.

I am really happy, using samsung after approximately 8 years. If has so many better features than my old redmi. Alhamdulillah, go for it if you don't have to do heavy work (like editing, gaming) on phone but just light weight things (messaging,calling,yt,) Happy with the customization. The overall feel is luxurious and wholesome It hasn't heated that much, maybe cause I don't scroll for hours on it but do lightweight work like customising my homescreen page using the features to the fullest. According to the 4gb ram varient i got the touch isn't bad but quiet nice and smooth. But let's be honest after some months it may get little less smooth but for that one must keep cleaning their phone from random old screenshots and random PDFs and files and the touch will never fade. The less you make compensate the more your phone will always be smooth. It's an 100% Value for money, if you are looking for less money more features. I was surprised now did I even got this phone at just 10,999/- Battery life is significantly good. Camera quality is not that great but just fine as it doesn't matter that much for me.

Pathetic, it lags too much. Even one can not pick up the WhatsApp call easily, the phone starts ringing and after 5-6 seconds the call appears on screen, till then you can’t even silence it. Automatically apps crash down, when you switch between two apps,, blurry camera, heats too much during calling, network immediately disappears when you are on call, without any beep or sound

This is a very basic phone with average performance. Even for its price I have seen better performance with other phones. Pros: - The phone looks beautiful and feels premium. - Display quality is on par with phones from a segment or two above. - NFC is very helpful for cardless payments. - Samsung UI is very polished. Cons: - The phone gets extremely slow even for basic tasks like unlocking and when using the camera. - No screenguard, charger or case provided in the box. Factor that in the cost of purchase and when comparing with other similarly priced phones. - Auto brightness sensor is pathetic. The phone randomly reduces and increases brightness to uncomfortable or unreadable levels for no apparent reason.

Nice device by Samsung, in low budget.

It delivers the expectation. It is a lightweight low budget smartphone with just good enough camera and good battery life. I bought it especially for my mother for it's large screen, light weight and the glossy looks. It delivered what it promised. I am writing a review after 5 months of use and there have not been a single complain.
