Energy Passionfruit Orange Guava Energy Drink, 6 Count 8 Fl Oz

Love the taste of these and they are the perfect alternative for coffee while you reap the benefits of the vitamins and nutrients of vegetables and fruits. People often assume because is says V8 that it just tomatoe juice but these actually taste juice just like fruit juice and they are only 50 cal or per can with about the same caffeine content as a cup of coffee I usually drink 2 in the morning and 1 sometime in the early afternoon! They are an excellent way to keep you full of energy during the day with out all of the other ingredients in energy drinks. They are a little expensive but good value for me

This stuff is yummy. 80mg of caffeine and a nice blend of flavors. Just the right amount of sugar from the 50% juice blend for a little pick-me-up in the morning. The 8 oz. can is the right size too for a quick shot of energy. Definitely beats coffee and some of the other energy drinks out there for steady energy. Gives me a low-dose buzz that lasts from ~7 AM until about lunchtime so I can focus better at work. Oh, and it's also cheaper than most energy drinks too.

This is very tasty, like a fruit drink. I'd prefer it to be slightly less sweet, but I'm probably in the minority on that. I used to drink fizzy energy drinks that had twice as much caffeine, but I had to cut out the sodas and this does the job, perhaps more gently. It goes down easily and isn't too acidic; the sucralose doesn't have a bitter aftertaste and doesn't "hang around all day" as aspartame. The caffeine is gentle on my stomach and doesn't give me jitters or make me crash after it wears off. I appreciate its low calories and that it has one serving of fruit and surprisingly, vegetables (carrots and sweet potatoes). It has added vitamins and seems like a much healthier drink that other energy drinks.

One of my absolute favorite drinks is "POG," the Hawaiian blend of passionfruit, orang and guava. It's not easy ti find here on the east coast, apart from a few speciality stores or paying an absolute fortune for to be shipped. So when I happened to see this V8 passionfruit-orange-guava drink, for a very reasonable price, I had to try it. And man oh man, does it taste like a trip back to the islands.I tend to drink this in the morning, helping to set my energy levels for the start of the work day. It never makes me feel jittery or edgy, but rather it simply feels like a cup of tea, giving me a bit of focus, all while tasing delicious. Both for the caffeine and the calories, I only ever take one in a days time at most, as I also have tea during the day.The flavor is effectively identical to the manufacturers of POG readily found in Hawaii. It's a fruity taste, so if that's not your thing, this won't be. But if a bit of tropical goodness with a hint of sweetness appeals to you, this is well worth the purchase. The only thing that makes me potentially sad is seeing it marketed as a limited time offering. If it does go away, I'll enjoy it while it lasts.

I really love this V8 Passionfruit Orange Guava Energy Drink. I first discovered the passionfruit, orange, and guava combination at a popular Florida theme park, and when I got home I couldn't find that same brand. This V8 version comes very close. The 8-ounce cans are the perfect size for me. The tropical flavor is refreshing, and it's sweet without being overly sweet. It gives me a nice little boost during the day with 80 mg of caffeine from green and black tea. Each can contains a combined serving of fruits and vegetables, plus B vitamins and vitamin C, all for about 50 calories. It has no added sugar, is lightly sweetened with sucralose, and contains no artificial colors. This is a really nice tropical fruit flavored lighter energy drink.

I drink one can a day. There are different flavors. My favorite is the Peach Mango flavor. I have RA and a dead tumor in my frontal lobe. I have a hard time getting around in the morning. This v8 Energy does just that. I’m able to get up and move throughout the entire day. I only drink 1 a day. Sometimes it is hard to choose which flavor as they all taste great. It’s a healthy choice for me with veggies and fruit in every can. Loaded with vitamins that keeps me moving all day long. The small amount of caffeine comes from black and green tea. It’s not expensive. This is one of those things I don’t want to praise to much, because I want to be selfish and have it always available to me. Lol

I’ve been drinking these V8 Energy drinks for around six years now. Seriously. I remember the first flavors I used to buy all the time were Peach Mango and Blueberry Pomegranate, and ever since then I’ve tried a ton of the different variations they’ve released over the years. The sparkling ones, the lower sugar ones, the regular juice energy blends, pretty much all of them. Out of every flavor they’ve made, Passionfruit Orange Guava is easily my favorite.The flavor is ridiculously good. You get this really tropical mix that actually tastes refreshing instead of overly artificial or syrupy like a lot of energy drinks. It really does feel like some kind of island juice blend or something. The passionfruit and guava work incredibly well together, and the orange gives it a little brightness that keeps it from tasting too heavy.Another reason I keep buying these is because they’re only 50 calories and they don’t feel loaded with junk. A lot of the sweetness comes from the vegetable and fruit juice blend, and each can is made with 50% juice, which is honestly pretty impressive for an energy drink in this price range.As for the value, yeah, some people might think over five bucks for six small cans is a little expensive, but personally I think it’s worth it. It comes out to under a dollar a can, and for the quality of the flavor and ingredients you’re getting, I really can’t complain. I’ve been buying these for years for a reason. Absolutely worth it and definitely one of my favorite energy drinks.

Tasty, for a great price. The amount of energy, in a small can is amazing.
