I love these eggs. If you ever remember what a farm fresh egg taste like with that big orange yolk so delicious and nutritious, this is the company that’s bringing this quality back. I even called the ownerto thank him and his family for doing such a great job. He explained how they also use eggs from many different good farms, quality farms with same high standards. I have purchased their eggs mostly through Amazonwhen I was living in Southern Oregon,, Southern and Central California and Dallas, But here’s the odd thing, when I ordered them from Amazon in Houston recently while I was there for two months,, there were a few typically large ones, but most of the eggs were small, like definitely small. Quality was good but small. I’m not a farmer. Can’t even speculate on why this occurred. If you buy from the store, you can open the carton and take a look at how large or small they are.

I do not mind paying more for pasture raised hens’ eggs. Don’t be fooled into thinking that buying cage free is kinder; read up on this! Pasture raised means they are eating what Mother Nature intended and I believe that makes a happier hen and a more nutritious egg. These are always fresh, never cracked
