I bought this chair a couple of months ago and feel it offers very good value for money. I sit at my desk for a minimum of eight hours a day and have had no issues with comfort at all. I looked at a wide range of office chairs before buying, from very expensive options through to much cheaper ones, and decided to take a bit of a gamble on this one. I’m really glad I did. It’s not top of the range and certainly not cheap, but it sits comfortably in the middle and delivers exactly what I needed. It’s very comfortable and supportive. You can adjust the back, headrest and all the usual settings, making it easy to find a good position. The seat cushion is particularly comfortable and doesn’t dig into the backs of your legs, which I’ve found can be a problem with some office chairs. The wheels run very smoothly across the floor with no sticking or resistance. Assembly was straightforward and took around ten minutes. One small quirk is that you push the lever down to raise or lower the seat, rather than lifting it as with most chairs, but it’s not an issue at all and you get used to it quickly. Overall, it’s a comfortable, well-designed chair that’s ideal for long working days. I would probably buy it again and have no hesitation giving it a five-star rating.

Easy to build. Great instructions with screws clearly marked out and tools provided. Took me 30 mins to build and set up. Great chair, lovely comfort and great for posture. Really comfortable. i would recommend this chair. Good price too.

It’s probably the best office chair you can buy on Amazon for <£200 I got mine for around £135 during Prime Day and I’m very impressed with the quality, considering the price. Firstly, it comes VERY well packaged with EVERYTHING you need to assemble the chair. The outer box even comes with a little yellow device sellotaped to the outside, to help with cutting the tape on the box. The instructions are very clear, you get ALL of the tools required to assemble the chair, and even a pair of white gloves to keep your hands clean when assembling! First time I’ve ever seen this. The seat is firm, comfortable and feels very good quality considering the price. The wheels work flawlessly, and the arm rests are adjustable (not common on budget office chairs). The design looks clean and professional and certainly not cheap! The white colour also pleased my partner, who thought that a black office chair “wouldn’t match the aesthetic of the room”… The lumbar support feels good and is adjustable. My previous office chair used to dig in my back, so this felt like a nice upgrade. Great for gaming or working from home for long periods. The height is great for me - I’m 5ft 10 and with the amount of adjustments you can make, would easily be comfortable for someone 6ft+ Minus 1 star because: - There’s a TINY bit of wobble in the back rest. Hoping this doesn’t get worse over time. But even if I get 2 years out of it, it would be worth every penny Overall, very impressed. Would recommend

I wanted to test this chair for a few days before leaving a review. While the reviews are mainly positive I never saw anything from someone with back problems like mine. I have a herniated and bulged disc in my lower spine and have had no proper intervention after a couple of years of pain. Sitting has always been so painful and as an art student its hard to avoid. Prior to this chair I had your typical gaming chair which didnt provide any support whatsoever but nice ergonomic chairs always were too expensive and too boring. After a TUN of research and even considering the sihoo M18, I decided this chair would suit me best for lumbar support. And I am so glad to inform that it was the best decision. Before, I could sit for around an hour maximum before the pain was unbearable and standing up was even harder than before. Now with this chair I have been able to sit for 4-5 hours straight and able to focus on writing for uni before feeling any of my typical spine pain or sciatic pain. The lumbar support being fully adjustable has been a god send, being able to adjust the placement and prominence has made sitting for long periods of time possible and honestly starting to prefer sitting in the chair instead of laying in bed to relieve my pain. The chair is sturdy and looks good with my setup. I am an art student so working on digital art has been very hard, this chair will definitely make my life 10x easier and I would recommend it to anyone who works long hours at their desk particularly those who struggle with proper posture. While chairs cannot fix everything it can help immensely towards recovery with your posture and a standing desk alongside this will go a long way if you have similar issues like me or wish to prevent them.

Very comfortable chair, with excellent lower back and neck support (which is what I was after, and spent ages researching). It took around an hour to build, maybe 90 minutes, but would take less for a more 'handy' buyer. I've had it a few days, can't fault it all so far

This is the best chair I could’ve possibly imagine. I spend more than 8 hours per day in it because I work from home and my back stopped hurting two days after I started using it. Extremely easy to install, very sturdy, absolutely no noise at all, the padding is amazing and soft. And it’s not bigger than any other usual office chair, but it absolutely is superior

This ergonomic office chair with 3D lumbar support and adjustable armrests feels like a product where the designers really thought through the full user experience, right from unboxing to daily use. Starting with the packaging, there’s a clever little tool attached to the box (secured with sellotape) that helps you open the packaging cleanly without risking damage to the contents. Even better, it can also be reused to open the individual internal packages. A really thoughtful touch. The inclusion of assembly gloves is another small but appreciated detail, helping keep your hands clean while putting everything together. The only thing missing was a floor protection sheet, which would have completed the setup experience nicely. Assembly itself is fairly straightforward. It took me under an hour to build on my own, although that was partly due to a couple of silly mistakes along the way. Having an extra pair of hands would definitely help when attaching the backrest to the seat and when placing the seat onto the central pole, as those steps can be a bit awkward solo. Once assembled, the chair performs well. The height adjustment lever works smoothly, allowing you to raise and lower the seat with ease. The chair is comfortable to sit on, offering good support for extended periods at a desk. The V-back design and lumbar support feel supportive without being intrusive, and the adjustable armrests add to the overall ergonomic feel. The only real downside is the tilt mechanism. While it does offer a few positions, it’s limited to three fixed settings, which feels a bit restrictive. A more fluid or free-tilt option would have made the chair feel even more premium and adaptable. Overall, this is a well-designed, comfortable, and thoughtfully packaged office chair that’s easy to assemble and pleasant to use. With a slightly more flexible tilt mechanism and a floor protector included, it would be very close to perfect.

Forget this chair if you’re bigger than 6ft. It has an un-adjustable headrest which makes it unusable (I’ve taken mine off, else it keeps digging into my neck) Not very comfortable, like sitting on a hard pillow. Flimsy frame, screwed together and the exterior is mostly cheap plastic. Will see how long it lasts, but initial impressions, not great at all. However, this is a budget chair, pay cheap pay twice, comes to mind.

Reçu plus vite que prévu. Très bonne qualité et montage facile et rapide. C'est mon premier siege ergonomique, ce choix je l'ai fait pour soulager mes problèmes de lombaires et après plusieurs heures assise devant mon bureau, je me relève sans mal de dos contrairement avec des sièges lambda ou je n'arrive pas a me redresser. Tout les réglages ( hauteur, repose tête, inclinaison ect .. ) sont facilement accessibles. Étant une personne de grande taille ( 1,84 m ) je la trouve bien confortable. Je ne regrette pas cet achat.

First day of trying the chair but I want to share how easy and simple it was to assemble. There is a manual, but also a Youtube tutorial that was extremely easy to follow; all the parts and screws are well identified (with some extra), the allen key has a comfortable HANDLE!!! Thank you! I already tried some of the adjustments (armrests, headrest and lumbar). So far, I'm feeling that I will LOVE my chair!!!
