Impressed by the Ergonomics
From the headrest to the adjustable armrests, everything is designed with user comfort in mind. I never realised how much difference a well-designed chair could make until I got this.

Nice chair, just not for taller people (6ft or above)
It is easy to set up - arms are nicely adjustable - it's just the lumbar support and head-rest - the chair is not designed for someone of 6ft (1.83m) as the lumbar support's height is not adjustable enough so cannot move up high enough - so is just pushing against my back too low down. you also cannot retract the support enough to not feel it. The result is an uncomfortable chair as I have the lumbar support pushing my lower back that I cannot remove. Same issue with the headrest - it's more of a neck-rest as cannot go high enough for someone of my height.It is a nice chair otherwise... but those issues make it uncomfortable.EDIT: Increased rating by a couple of stars after unscrewing and removing the lumbar support. Once removed it makes for a nice chair - just don't buy for the lumbar support / headrest if you're tall.

Easy to assemble and comfortable
The quality of the chair looks really nice and fits really well in my office. It comes with instructions that is easy to follow when assembling the chair itself. The chair is really easy to adjust with the back of the chair being able to go down for you to lay and the arm rests can be adjusted as well. It is really comfortable for those who work long hours at a desk in one setting.
