On Day 7 of the detox & already feel so light, the Goodbug Gut cleanse shorts are amazing for starting the day in morning with its prebiotic formulation that tastes great with hints of cumin, kokum, barely any sugar aiding digestion and cleansing the system. They are nicely packaged in small bottles in a carton and using it helps with clear skin, good sleep, digestive health and so much more. Highly recommend this gut cleanse protocol usage 3-4 times a year for maintaining quality of gut microbiome.

Updating my review after 6 days of use. I have completely changed my opinion about this product. After taking it for several days, I started experiencing severe acidity like never before. I’ve been feeling low and unwell throughout the day, with persistent heartburn, fluctuations in my blood pressure, and even heart palpitations. This has been my personal experience, and I’m very disappointed. I’m going to see a doctor today to get checked. Please pray for my good health. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying this product.

I have ordered this product multiple times and consumed diligently. I find this broadly overrated & it does not seem to have stand true to the marketing claims. This might be going good for some people but there are good amount of pre & pro biotics available at cheaper costs. Seems overpriced as well.
