I love my machine. I have sciatica in my lower back and I also have scoliosis. When I was in physical therapy for my sciatica the Tens unit is what my therapist used on me and it worked well. It’s like a massage for my muscles. Since having my own machine I use it wherever I have pain. It’s very handy and although small it holds great charge. The electro pads have a good amount of stickiness and I’ve never experienced any skin irritations from them. All the different options of therapy are great options as well. If you’re thinking about getting it, DON’T HESITATE! This as the best investment.

Very small unit. It’s a third of the size of my previous unit. It’s not as powerful as my old unit which took three AA batteries but it’s strong enough to give relief. The portability alone is worth the trade off. My previous unit would was so powerful you could turn it up until it physically hurt you. I like the rechargeable internal battery but also liked the fact that in my previous unit you could just swap out batteries. I could see reaching for this when I really need it and having to wait to recharge it.

Pros: Multiple modes to target different muscle groups, strong but adjustable intensity, rechargeable battery lasts a long time, compact and travel-friendly. Cons: Pads lose stickiness after a while and may need replacements, instructions could be clearer for beginners. Overall: Great little unit for muscle relief at home. It’s easy to carry, offers plenty of settings, and really helps with soreness or tension — just plan on buying extra pads over time.

Used it for the first time. Sure reduced my shoulder pain and relaxed my tight muscles. Easy to use and affordable.

If you are looking for a good TENS unit at a very affordable price, I would recommend this. I bought one and I have had it for about 3 weeks now and I love it. Works well, easy to use and really does the job it is supposed to do. I like the fact that you can just plug it in to recharge so no need to fool with batteries. The electrodes are easy to attach, and the settings are easy to navigate and use. Mine was fully charged when I got it, and I have used it quite a bit and still have not had to recharge it yet. I got this one to update the one I have had for like 10 years and I am glad I did. Plus, it uses the same electrode pads I had with my old one, so I didn't have to by any new ones. Even so, those are not that expensive, and you can use them over and over again. Good product for the money.
