This seems to be just what I was looking for to enhance life in the bedroom. I can't speak for anyone else but this definitely works for me. I have used Cnidium and Cordyceps (also sold on Amazon) at least 5 times with great results. Here's what I found works best. First I take 1 Cordyceps capsule (I use New Chapter Lifeshield) with about 12 ounces of water. Then about 1-2 hours later I take 1 cnidium extract with another glass of water or juice. About 1-2 hours later you should be ready for great sex. Doing what I just described works better than Viagra or Cialis in my opinion. The effects are subtle though. You won't notice a significant difference until your partner stimulates you (or unless you stimulate yourself). Just be sure to wait and not try to rush results. The fireworks should be explosive after a couple of hours and can be taken only as needed rather than daily.
